  • Patent number: 8950213
Abstract: A receiver includes a cylindrical main tank; a cylindrical internal thread component having an internal thread; a cap having a male thread threaded with the internal thread; a sealing attached to the cap; and a filter portion arranged in the cap. The internal thread component is coaxially arranged to an inner circumference face of the tank. The filter portion includes an internal passage extending inside of the cap, and a net that collects a foreign matter contained in refrigerant flowing through the internal passage.

    Filed: November 1, 2011
Date of Patent: February 10, 2015
    Assignee: Denso Corporation
Inventors: Takuya Mitsuhashi, Ken Muto, Akira Itoh, Kazuhisa Naito, Wei Chen, Hiroyasu Shimanuki

  • Patent number: 5688560
Abstract: A process for coating metal surfaces in which an uncured resin coating is formed on the surface of a metal by contacting the metal surface with an autodepositing coating composition that contains acid, oxidizing agent, and water-dispersible or water-soluble organic film-forming resin, and the uncured coating is thereafter dried, produces a strongly adherent, highly corrosion-resistant autodeposited coating when the uncured coating is brought, prior to its drying, into contact with an aqueous solution that has a pH adjusted to 7 to 11 and that contains at least one selection from the following inorganic acids and salts thereof: molybdic acid, tungstic acid, polyphosphoric acid, and polysilicic acid.

  • Patent number: 5646211
Abstract: An aqueous autodeposition coating composition that is essentially free of chromium compounds and which produces a film with a much better adherence and corrosion resistance than heretofore obtained, but which does so without a rinse treatment with a chromium-containing solution prior to film curing. The aqueous autodeposition coating composition has a pH of about 1.6 to about 5 and contains(i) water-dispersible or water-soluble organic film-forming resin;(ii) at least one of fluoride ions and flouride ions and complex fluoride ions;(iii) ions of at least one metal selected from zinc, cobalt, manganese, nickel, iron, and aluminum; and(iv) tungstate ion and/or molybdate ion.

  • Patent number: 5510410
Abstract: The invention is an aqueous autodeposition coating composition that produces a film that has a better adherence and corrosion resistance than the films formed by the prior-art coating compositions, but which does so without a rinse treatment (for example, a chromium containing solution, rinse) prior to film curing. The aqueous autodeposition coating composition has a pH of 1.6 to 5.0 and contains(i) water-dispersible or water-soluble organic film-forming resin,(ii) at least one of fluoride ions or fluoride ions and complex fluoride ions,(iii) hexavalent chromium ion or hexavalent chromium ion+trivalent chromium ion, and(iv) tungstate ion and/or molybdate ion.

  • Patent number: 4421789
Abstract: A method for the treatment of aluminum surfaces to provide them with a corrosion resistant, hydrophilic coating. The aluminum surfaces are first provided with a corrosion-resistant film and, thereafter, a coating of fine silica particles is applied to the corrosion resistant film. Suitable corrosion resistant films which may be used are anodized films, boehmite films, chromated films and organic resin films. The coated aluminum surfaces produced by this method are found to have particular application for aluminum heat exchangers.
