The gateway further includes a first tunnel establishment means for establishing, in the first network, a first tunnel between the gateway and a base station accessing one or more mobile stations via wireless communications, for transmission of different packets to the respective mobile stations. The gateway further includes a second tunnel establishment means for establishing a second tunnel between the gateway and the second network, for packet transmission, a tunnel-mobile station connecting means for connecting the first tunnel with the mobile station, and a tunnel-to-tunnel interworking means for interworking the second tunnel with the first tunnel.

In a configuration for encrypting and decrypting the data to be encrypted by using a random number sequence generated by a random number generating portion for generating the random number sequence uniquely decided from an input parameter, the transmitting apparatus generates the input parameter to perform encryption based on metadata of the data to be encrypted while the receiving apparatus generates the input parameter to perform cipher decryption based on the metadata embedded in the data to be encrypted.

The notification unit, upon detection of an image change, records the image change occurrence time. The information terminal acquires the image from the image accumulation and distribution unit or the video browsing data converter based on the change occurrence time information stored in the notification unit.

Abstract: A system and method capable of storing and accumulating video images of targets at places that can not be shot by a monitoring camera and distributing the accumulated video images to one or more devices are provided. A mobile having an image pickup function with a camera unit is connected to a video storage/distribution device through a network. Video data generated by the image pickup mobile is accumulated in the video storage/distribution device to be distributed to a browser PC and a mobile. A data converter for converting the protocol and data format of the video data is provided between the image pickup mobile and the video storage/distribution device, while an authentication server for permitting prescribed mobile to communicate with the video storage/distribution device is provided. Communication of audio data is realized among the image pickup mobile, the browser PC and the mobile.
