  • Patent number: 9751489
Abstract: A clip and a tether clip of a pillar garnish fixing structure includes a shaft and a pair of engagement hooks opposing each other. Each engagement hook is connected to the shaft at a hook connecting portion. A deformation promoting portion is formed at each of a pair of shaft wall portions opposing each other in a diametrical direction perpendicular to a direction in which the pair of engagement hooks are opposed. Even when a thickness of the hook connecting portion is increased thereby increasing a strength of the engagement hook, the hook connecting portion is deformed so as to approach a center axis line so that the engagement hook can pass through a clip fixing aperture. As a result, both the strength of the engagement hook and a serviceability can be satisfied.

  • Patent number: 9592786
Abstract: A clip includes a clip main body. The clip main body has a pair of locking pawls which are deformable in a direction in which they approach each other. The pair of the locking pawls have internal side faces opposed to each other. A projection/recess is provided on at least part of the internal side face of the pair of the locking pawls. A projection portion of the projection/recess of the locking pawl on one side is opposed to a recess portion of the projection/recess of the locking pawl on the other side.

  • Publication number: 20160375842
Abstract: The clip includes a first engagement hook and a second engagement hook. The first engagement hook engages the body when the clip is in a normal fitting with the body. The second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body when the first engagement hook has been disengaged from the body. When the first engagement hook is disengaged from the body, a member is lifted away from surrounding members to such an extent as can be recognized by sight. Therefore, a state that the clip is not in the normal fitting state with the body is noticeable. Even if the clip is coupled to the body in the non-fitting state or half-fitting state, the second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body.

  • Publication number: 20160334202
Abstract: A position adjusting mechanism 30 with a target 10 mounted thereon is fixed at a plurality of reference points S1 to S16 respectively on a construction 1, and initial 3D coordinates C0 of the targets 10 are surveyed and stored. When deformation or distortion of the construction 1 occurs, a deviation ?C (=Ct?C0) of 3D coordinate Ct of each of the targets 10 from the initial 3D coordinate C0 thereof are detected by a deviation detecting means 26, and each of the targets 10 recovers the initial 3D coordinate C0 by the position adjusting mechanism 30 thereof in accordance with the detected deviation ?C. Preferably, 3D coordinates of the targets 10 are surveyed by a 3D measuring instrument which collimates the targets 10 to output 3D vectors for the targets 10.

  • Patent number: 9464647
Abstract: A pillar garnish mounting structure includes a tether clip and a pillar garnish. The tether clip has a tether portion. The pillar garnish is attached to a pillar by the tether clip and has a tether housing portion. The tether housing portion has side walls that extend in a longitudinal direction of the pillar garnish. The tether portion has a connecting portion and an anchor portion. The connecting portion is inserted through a space between the side walls and extends in the longitudinal direction of the pillar garnish. The anchor portion is formed on a tip end of the connecting portion, and is positioned to an outside of the tether housing portion. The anchor portion catches on end surfaces of the side walls in the longitudinal direction of the pillar garnish, when the pillar garnish moves in a direction away from the pillar.

  • Publication number: 20160280172
Abstract: A fixing clip fixes a member to a body panel and includes a bushing and a lock pin. The bushing includes a head and a leg. The lock pin includes a load receiving portion including a load receiving surface which receives a part of a reaction force of a drawing-out load loaded on the fixing clip from a body panel, when the drawing-out load acts on the fixing clip from the member. The bushing includes a pressure receiving surface for receiving the part of the reaction force of the drawing-out load which the lock pin has received. The drawing-out load thus can be received by both the hushing and the lock pin. As a result, an endurability of the fixing clip against the drawing-out load is improved by an amount of the load which the lock pin shares, so that the drawing-out load can be increased.

  • Publication number: 20160280173
Abstract: A fixing clip for fixing a member to a body panel includes a bushing and a lock pin. The bushing includes a head, a leg and paired engagement hooks. Each engagement hook includes a head-side engagement portion and a leg tip-side engagement portion located closer to a tip of the leg than the head-side engagement portion. Each engagement hook includes a rib extending from the tip-side engagement portion toward the head. When the leg tip-side engagement portion is brought into engagement with the body panel, since the fixing clip has been largely inclined relative to the body panel, a bending moment acting on the leg is decreased so that the leg is unlikely to be broken at a root of the leg. As a result, a durability of the fixing clip having two steps of engagement portions is improved compared to a conventional fixing clip having a single engagement portion.

  • Patent number: 9316242
Abstract: A fixture for fastening an attaching member to a mounting member includes a pin and a bushing, the bushing including a flange and a leg part. The leg part defines shaft-part receiving openings for receiving shaft parts of the pin, the shaft-part receiving openings being enclosed by an outer wall having a rectangular cross section. A pair of opposing elastic engagement claws are disposed at one pair of opposing outer wall portions of the outer wall. A leg center column is disposed between the shaft-part receiving openings. The leg center column connects the one pair of opposing outer wall portions with another pair of outer wall portions that are perpendicular to the one pair of outer wall portions.

  • Patent number: 9261178
Abstract: A linear device is provided which can greatly reduce an amount of leakage of fine particles that are produced between a rolling element raceway and rolling elements to the outside of the device and which is therefore suitable for a semiconductor production apparatus or liquid crystal display panel production apparatus or other clean environment. In a linear device, each of a pair of seal members is formed to a shape which has a clearance of 0.025 to 0.15 mm in range with respect to a raceway member when cut along a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the raceway member in a state attached to a moving member. Grease with a worked penetration of 175 to 250 is coated between the rolling element raceway and the rolling elements.

  • Patent number: 9115743
Abstract: A fixing apparatus is provided with a clip body. The clip body includes a body leg. A body engagement hook is formed at the body leg. A groove having a groove bottom surface is formed at the body engagement hook. The groove bottom surface extends from an outside surface to an inside surface of the body engagement hook at a central portion in a width direction of the body engagement hook. A portion of the groove bottom surface including a center axis line-side end is open toward the body head through a lock pin inserting hole. A fixing apparatus removing structure includes the fixing apparatus and a tool. A CSA fixing apparatus includes the fixing apparatus and a CSA. At a time of removing the fixing apparatus, the body engagement hook is displaced inward using the tool. Then, by pulling the tool, the clip body is removed from a body.
