Abstract: Interpolation precision of phase difference detection pixels is raised. An image pickup device includes: a color filter disposed with a repeating basic array pattern configured by 3×3 pixel square arrays of a first array pattern and a second array pattern disposed symmetrically about a point; a first phase difference detection pixel that is placed at a position of a pixel corresponding to 1 corner portion out of the 4 corner portions of at least one array pattern in 1 pair of the first array pattern and the second array pattern out of 2 pairs of the first array pattern and the second array pattern configuring the basic array pattern; and a second phase difference detection pixel that is placed at a position of a pixel corresponding to 1 corner portion out of the 4 corner portions in the array pattern, out of the first array pattern.

Abstract: In the present invention, a service network includes, when user terminals are divided by area, subscriber accommodation nodes that accommodate the user terminals present in the respective areas and relay nodes that perform relay of information among the subscriber accommodation nodes. The congestion control system further includes an edge router that routes a processing request for a communication service received from each of the user terminals to each of the subscriber accommodation nodes on the service network side as a control message and a congestion control server that controls congestion states of the subscriber accommodation nodes and the relay nodes. The subscriber accommodation node detects, when congestion occurs or it is likely that congestion occurs in the subscriber accommodation node because of a large number of control messages from the edge router, the occurrence of the congestion or the likelihood of occurrence of congestion and notifies the congestion control server to that effect.

Abstract: A substrate treatment apparatus includes: a substrate holding unit horizontally holding a substrate; a substrate rotating unit rotating the substrate held by the substrate holding unit around a vertical axis of rotation; a treatment solution supply unit for supplying a treatment solution to the substrate rotated by the substrate rotating unit; an exhaust tub having an exhaust port and storing the substrate holding unit therein; a plurality of guards stored in the exhaust tub and vertically movable independently of one another; an exhaust passage forming unit forming a capture port opposed to the peripheral edge portion of the substrate held by the substrate holding unit for capturing the treatment solution splashing from the substrate while forming an exhaust passage reaching the exhaust port from the capture port by vertically moving the guards; and an exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust port for exhausting the atmosphere in the exhaust tub through the exhaust port.

Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus is used to remove an organic matter attached to a substrate with use of a removal liquid. This apparatus includes a process chamber directed to an organic matter removal process, a holding element to hold the substrate in the process chamber, a removal liquid supply element to supply the removal liquid to the substrate held by the holding element, and a light-blocking element disposed in a transport path for the substrate that extends from a cassette housing the substrate and having high transparency, to the process chamber, thereby blocking light passing through the transport path into the process chamber.
