A gel electrode may be provided in the opening of the second stretchable substrate and conductive to the electrode part, in which the gel electrode is provided on a main surface of the second stretchable substrate to spread outward from the opening of the second stretchable substrate. The main surface may not be in contact with the first stretchable substrate.
