  • Publication number: 20250031810
Abstract: A slide fastener with which a slide fastener-attached product capable of preventing or suppressing exposure of a fastener tape can be manufactured is provided. The slide fastener includes fastener stringers and a slider, in which each of fastener elements includes an element base portion and a fin portion extending from the element base portion toward a tape inner side of a fastener tape and having a smaller dimension in a tape thickness direction than the element base portion, in which, at a shoulder-port-side end portion of a slider body, a leading end portion of the fin portion of each of the fastener elements is positioned on the outer side of the slider body with respect to an inner wall surface of a flange, and in which the ratio of a total fin width to an element maximum width is less than 40%.

  • Publication number: 20190033229
Abstract: An inspection device for a sheet object includes: an irradiation unit configured to irradiate, with irradiation light, the sheet object that is continuously conveyed; a projection unit configured to project transmitted light or reflected light from the sheet object; an image capture unit configured to capture a projection image projected on the projection unit; and a data processing unit configured to detect a defect present on the sheet object from image data captured by the image capture unit. A longitudinal direction of the irradiation unit viewed from a direction perpendicular to a traveling surface of the sheet object is same as a conveyance direction of the sheet object, and the irradiation unit is configured to emit light spreading in a sheet width direction of the sheet object.

  • Patent number: 5828778
Abstract: If a first pattern defect is detected at the (n-2)th step, a pattern defect is retrieved at the (n-1)th step. It is decided that all pattern defects detected at the (n-1)th step in a predetermined region where the first pattern defect is detected are generated at the (n-2)th step. If second and third pattern defects are detected in other regions than the predetermined region, it is decided that the second and third pattern defects are generated at the (n-1)th step. Then, a pattern defect at the n-th step is retrieved. It is decided that all pattern defects detected at the n-th step in a predetermined region where the second and third pattern defects are detected at the (n-1)th step are generated at the (n-1)th step. If fourth, fifth and sixth pattern defects are detected in other regions than the predetermined region where the second and third pattern defects are detected, it is decided that the fourth, fifth and sixth pattern defects are generated at the n-th step.

  • Patent number: 5621668
Abstract: A prediction control method and apparatus. A value of at least one parameter representing a condition of an object to be controlled at predetermined intervals is detected and added to a history of the parameter stored in a storage device. The histories of the parameters from the storage device are read and whether each history satisfies a predetermined condition is judged. The history judged as satisfying the predetermined condition is stored to the storage device as warning data. A warning signal is generated in response to the judged histories.
