  • Publication number: 20210078262
Abstract: A desired shape can be easily realized, and a decrease in strength can be inhibited. A method for producing a composite material includes: an insertion step of inserting an inner member in which a second reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a resin into a space of an outer member that is formed of a woven first reinforcing fiber extending in an undulating manner, the outer member including an opening that is provided at at least one end portion and the space that communicates with the opening; and a composite material forming step of forming a composite material in which the outer member and the inner member are joined to each other by curing the resin of the inner member to join the outer member and the inner member to each other.

  • Publication number: 20210011672
Abstract: A terminal device includes: a printer driver execution unit that generates divided job execution data that causes a printer to perform printing; a terminal storage unit that stores divided job execution data generated by the printer driver execution unit; a determination unit that determines whether or not a predetermined aggregation condition is met; an aggregation unit that, when the determination unit determines that the predetermined aggregation condition is met, generates aggregated divided job execution data in which a plurality of divided job execution data stored in the terminal storage unit are aggregated; and a terminal communication unit that transmits the aggregated divided job execution data generated by the aggregation unit to the printer.

  • Publication number: 20200394003
Abstract: A printing system includes a terminal device that generates print job data, and a child printer that is configured to communicate with a parent printer that receives the print job data from the terminal device, where the child printer is configured to perform printing based on the print job data. The terminal device stores the generated print job data and transmits, to the parent printer, print job related data including the stored print job data and a plurality of pieces of access information for accessing the terminal device. The child printer requests a transmission of the print job data from the terminal device based on the plurality of pieces of access information included in the print job related data received by the parent printer.

  • Publication number: 20170011284
Abstract: A printing control apparatus includes a filter processing portion configured to execute a first filter process of inserting a first description representing a content of processing by a first filter into description data described in a prescribed format for representing an image, and execute a second filter process of inserting a second description representing a content of processing by a second filter into the description data; and a printing data generating portion configured to interpret and convert the description data into printing data. Further, in the first filter process, the filter processing portion inserts the first description into the description data together with identification information associated with the first filter, and in the second filter process, the filter processing portion determines a position of the insertion of the second description within the description data on the basis of the identification information, and inserts the second description at the determined position.

  • Patent number: 6797906
Abstract: A membrane switch is constituted of a lower membrane sheet, an upper membrane sheet and a spacer sheet which is inserted between both sheets, and a spring sheet which is formed of a thin metal plate arranged over the upper membrane sheet. A pair of slits formed in the spring sheet at positions corresponding to both sides of an upper electrode of the upper membrane sheet defines a switch portion in the spring sheet. When a key top is pushed down, the switch portion of the spring sheet is pushed down by a pushdown projection of the membrane switch to bring the upper electrode into contact with a lower electrode.

  • Publication number: 20030173201
Abstract: In a membrane switch which is constituted of a lower membrane sheet, an upper membrane sheet and a spacer sheet which is inserted between both sheets, a spring sheet which is formed of a thin metal plate is arranged over the upper membrane sheet and, at the same time, a pair of slits are formed in the spring sheet at positions corresponding to both sides of an upper electrode of the upper membrane sheet. Further, the membrane switch is arranged below a holder member. When a key top 21 is pushed down, a switch portion of the spring sheet is pushed down by a pushdown projection of the membrane switch.

  • Patent number: 6427744
Abstract: A laminating apparatus includes a detector disposed between introduction-side transport rollers and a web supply unit. When the detector detects a front edge of a prior object transported by the introduction-side transport rollers, then the introduction-side transport rollers and a laminate processing unit transport and laminate the prior object until a rear edge of the prior object is positioned in the vicinity of the web supply unit, whereupon transport and lamination of the prior object are stopped for a predetermined duration of time. Then once the detector detects a front edge of the subsequent object after the predetermined duration of time elapses from stopping transport of the prior object, the introduction-side transport rollers transport a subsequent object to the laminate processing unit.

  • Patent number: 6121958
Abstract: A communications apparatus has a housing and a display and includes a first keypad device and a second keypad device. The first keypad device is immovably disposed relative to the housing and the display. The second keypad device is operative for moving to and between an exposed state and a retracted state. When the second keypad device is in the exposed state, the first keypad device is covered by the second keypad device so that the second keypad device is accessible to a user while the first keypad device is inaccessible to the user. When the second keypad device is in the retracted state, the second keypad device is stowed within the housing and the first keypad device is uncovered such that the second keypad device is inaccessible to the user while the first keypad device is accessible to the user.

  • Patent number: 5560719
Abstract: A mechanism for preventing rattling between a display cover that is pivotable about a chassis includes a first engagement surface associated with a display cover, and a second engagement surface associated with a chassis, the first and second engagement surfaces being slidably rotatable to allow the display cover to pivot about the chassis in a rotational range defined between open and closed positions. The mechanism includes a device for substantially preventing relative axial movement between the first and second engagement surfaces in the rotatable range. An elongated arcuate segment mounted on the first engagement surface mates with a corresponding elongated slot formed on the second engagement surface. The slot may be sized and dimensioned so as to constitute a stop for the positioning projection so that damage can be prevented that would otherwise occur between the liquid crystal display panel and the keyboard.
