When the driving plan setter changes the driving plan, the notification controller causes the display to display a changed driving plan, by controlling the display. The notification controller includes an emphasis display enabler that causes the display to display the changed driving plan in an emphasized manner, when the driving plan is changed by the driving plan setter.
