  • Publication number: 20230365966
Abstract: A population of ?-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complexes, each of which contains ?-1,3-glucan and a nucleic acid containing a homo-polynucleotide that binds to ?-1,3-glucan via a hydrogen bond, and has a triple helical structure consisting of two ?-1,3-glucan chains and one nucleic acid chain containing the homo-polynucleotide that binds to ?-1,3-glucan via a hydrogen bond contained in the nucleic acid, where 30% or more of the ?-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complexes contained in the population satisfy the following conditions: (i) they are homogeneous in the length of the homo-polynucleotide contained in the nucleic acid containing a homo-polynucleotide that bind to ?-1,3-glucan via a hydrogen bond constituting the complex, and (ii) the molecular number of the nucleic acid(s) containing a homo-polynucleotide that binds to ?-1,3-glucan via a hydrogen bond contained in one molecule of the complex is selected from the group consisting of 1, 2 and 3.
