The signal detection unit comprises: a separation unit for separating into a rising signal and a falling signal the detection signal from the detection unit; a falling signal processing unit for at least eliminating ringing in the falling signal; and a combination unit generating and delivering a combined signal produced by combining the rising signal, which has been separated by the separation unit, with the falling signal wherefrom the ringing has been eliminated by the falling signal processing unit.
Abstract: An object is to improve the lamination strength and anti-blocking suitability of matters printed with an aqueous white inkjet ink composition containing titanium oxide, etc., on polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, nylon, and other resin films. As a means for achieving the object, an ink set is provided that includes a combination of: an aqueous primer composition containing an acrylic resin and/or vinyl acetate resin, and a calcium salt; and an aqueous white inkjet ink composition containing a polyester polyurethane resin emulsion with a rate of elongation of 500 to 1500% by 0.1 to 10.0 percent by mass in solids content in the aqueous white inkjet ink composition, a wax emulsion, and a titanium oxide.

The processor, coupled to the memory, is configured to: determine, for each task of a plurality of tasks executed in a distributed stream data processing platform, a log score based on an indication associated with easiness of occurrence of a failure; and output a log message for each task of the plurality of tasks at an output frequency based on a log score of each task and a log score of at least one of an upstream task located upstream of each task and a downstream task located downstream of each task.
Abstract: A power conversion device includes a backup power source as a power source for a discharge controller that discharges electric charges of a capacitor, and an abnormal state in the backup power source or loads is not capable of being dealt with when power is supplied to loads from the backup power source, which makes an output voltage of the backup power source be in an abnormal state. In order to solve the problem, when an abnormality occurs in the backup power source or in loads and the abnormality is detected in power supply from the backup power source, a place where the abnormality occurs is specified. When the specified place where the abnormality occurs is a load, power supply to the load is stopped, thereby preventing the output voltage of the backup power source from being abnormal even when an abnormality occurs in part of power supply destinations.

Abstract: A medical image processing system that can accept commissions to perform 3D formation using a 3D forming apparatus includes a storage unit, a selection accepting unit, a part identifying unit, and a screen generating unit. The storage unit stores a medical image, and body part information representing a human body part in the medical image. The selection accepting unit accepts selection with regard to the medical image stored in the storage unit. The part identifying unit identifies the body part included in the medical image, using the body part information corresponding to the medical image regarding which the selection accepting unit has accepted selection. The screen generating unit generates a screen that can accept a commission to form a formed object of the body part identified by the part identifying unit.
Abstract: A user terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a transmitting/receiving section that performs transmission and/or reception based on an Uplink-Downlink (UL-DL) configuration; and a control section that controls switching of the UL-DL configuration based on update information of the UL-DL configuration notified via a higher layer signaling, and the control section performs the switching at a timing that comes after a specific timing and satisfies a given condition. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, even when a UL-DL configuration is semi-statically configured to be changed in an RRC connected state, it is possible to reflect the change at an appropriate timing.

Abstract: The present technology relates to a sound source direction estimation device and method, and a program that can reduce an operation amount for estimating a direction of a target sound source. A first estimation unit estimates a first horizontal angle that is a horizontal angle of a sound source direction from an input acoustic signal. A second estimation unit estimates a second horizontal angle that is the horizontal angle of the sound source direction and an elevation angle, with respect to the first horizontal angle, in a predetermined range near the first horizontal angle. The present technology can be applied, in a case where a voice is uttered from a surrounding sound source (for example, a person), to a device having a function of estimating the direction in which the voice is uttered.
