  • Patent number: 7916197
Abstract: An imaging device including an imaging element having a plurality of pixels for switching a linear conversion mode for linearly converting incident light to an electric signal and a logarithm conversion mode for logarithmically converting incident light to an electric signal on the basis of incident light intensity, a conversion unit for converting and outputting a reference electric signal converted logarithmically and outputted from the imaging element to an electric signal obtained by linearly converting an electric signal before logarithm conversion, a correction unit, when an electric signal converted logarithmically and outputted from the imaging element is varied from the reference electric signal, for correcting it so as to coincide with the reference electric signal, and a circuit for giving the corrected electric signal to the conversion unit.

  • Patent number: 5613232
Abstract: A receiver apparatus includes a display apparatus for displaying signal strengths of signals of a plurality of reception frequencies. In the receiver apparatus, a receiver circuit of one system receives a high-frequency signal having a predetermined reception frequency, and a detection storage circuit detects and stores the signal strengths of the signals having a plurality of reception frequencies received by the receiver circuit by selectively switching over among the reception frequencies of the receiver circuit according to a predetermined order of the switching. The display apparatus has a plurality of display sections, and displays on the plurality of display sections the signal strengths of the signals having a plurality of reception frequencies stored in the detection storage circuit according to the order of the switching. Further, a demodulator circuit demodulates a high-frequency signal having at least one reception frequency received by the receiver circuit.

  • Patent number: 5113520
Abstract: A data processor for speedier processing of input data includes a data processing system for executing a text editing process and a text printing process by the time slice method and a preference control unit for selecting between the above processes. When data is entered into the processor, the entering process or text editing process is generally preferred to the text printing process. Therefore, no delay occurs in inputting data through a keyboard from data entry to its display. If desired, it is possible to prefer the text printing process to the text editing process.

  • Patent number: 4984162
Abstract: A word processor having an output function for adding margin text, such as a heading or a footing to a main text, includes main text editor, margin text editor, print controller, display device and display device controller. The display controller displays the main text and the margin text simultaneously on the display device in the same form as they are printed out on a paper. Thus, the margin text can be set without printing while an operator confirms its print form.

  • Patent number: 4953105
Abstract: A word processor with a merge print function which permits an insertion data file to be easily formed without troublesome operations an insertion data field can be adaptively expanded or has the capability to adaptively expand or contract an insertion data field to cope with either longer or shorter lengths of input data. The expansion or contraction is executed either manually by a specific key operation, or automatically according to the data length.
