    Abstract: An imaging system includes an imaging device, a lighting device, a control part, and an output part. The imaging device images an object. The lighting device irradiates the object with light. The control part controls the lighting device so as to irradiate the object with light from irradiation directions in which directions of irradiating the object with light are different from one another, and causes the imaging device to image the object in each of the mutually different irradiation directions. The output part outputs the plurality of captured images captured by the imaging device to image processing device having a synthesis function of generating a composite image with reduced halation using the plurality of captured images.

    Abstract: An extraction unit acquires a first difference between a non-defective product image, covering a non-defective product sample, and a reference model and a second difference between a defective product image, covering a defective product sample, and the reference model. A extraction unit extracts, as a potential defect, either the first difference or the second difference, whichever satisfies a particular condition. A calculation unit calculates at least one feature quantity with respect to the potential defect extracted by the extraction unit. When the defective product sample includes a plurality of defective product samples and respective feature quantities of the potential defects extracted from the defective product samples have multiple different values, the calculation unit specifies at least one of the feature quantities that has an Nth largest one of the multiple different values as an indicator. The presentation unit presents the indicator specified by the calculation unit.

    Abstract: The stereo camera device includes: a pair of cameras; a first converter converting images of the cameras into first conversion images; a second converter converting the images into second conversion images; and a disparity estimation unit. The first conversion image is an image in which positions of pixels are represented by two-dimensional orthogonal coordinates defined by a first angle around a first axis defined by a straight line connecting optical centers of the cameras and a second angle around a second axis defined by an optical axis of the camera. The second conversion image is an image in which positions of pixels are represented by two-dimensional orthogonal coordinates defined by the first angle and a third angle around a third axis orthogonal to the first and second axes. The disparity estimation unit calculates a disparity of a desired point in a space based on the first and second conversion images.
