Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a wireless communication apparatus which can automatically switch to an operation mode corresponding to a communication target. The wireless communication apparatus detects a communication target near to the wireless communication apparatus. It determines whether or not the detected communication target is capable of P2P communication with the wireless communication apparatus. In the case of determining that the communication target is capable of P2P communication, the wireless communication apparatus determines that the communication target is a mobile terminal and switches the operation mode to a P2P mode to establish P2P communication with the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A moving image generation system includes: acquiring a plurality of moving images acquired by performing continuous photography by a plurality of image capture units that is disposed so as to differentiate their photographing areas; detecting, by way of image recognition, from within each moving image acquired, a subject arbitrarily designated; according to each timing in the continuous photography, selects a moving image including a subject-included area in which the subject detected is included at a predetermined position or in a predetermined size, and clips an image within the subject-included area; and couples the plurality of images that is clipped in the order of photographing time to generate a single moving image.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus of the present invention, which is capable of wireless communication, images a peripheral imaging apparatus from among a plurality of peripheral imaging apparatuses around the imaging apparatus; detects predetermined information by which identification information identifying the peripheral imaging apparatus is identifiable from within the imaging frames; identifies the identification information by analyzing the detected predetermined information; selects a peripheral imaging apparatus to be a target for predetermined processing from among the plurality of peripheral imaging apparatus by using the identified identification information; and performs the predetermined processing with the selected peripheral imaging apparatus via the wireless communication.

Abstract: FIG. 2C depicts a live view screen when a movement is made in a direction of approaching the camera position at the time of pre-photographing (frontward direction) and also in the right direction in the drawing. When the camera position is changed, the display state of a provisional subject image in the live view screen is changed according to the change. In this case, the display size of the provisional subject image is changed according to the movement distance of the camera position in the frontward direction and the display position of the provisional subject image is changed in the left direction according to the movement distance in the right direction.
