  • Publication number: 20180355625
Abstract: A work gondola comprises a suction attachment device which is mounted on a front portion of the gondola opposing an outer wall of a building, and which couples and fixes the gondola to the outer wall of the building while being attached to the outer wall of the building by suction. The suction attachment device is formed from a first support column extending in a front-rear direction from the front portion of the gondola, a second support column mounted on the front portion of the gondola and extending in a width direction, and a vacuum gripper attached to a distal-end portion of the first support column. The work gondola which can be fixed onto the outer wall of a building to achieve positional stabilization in the air, and which enables accurate and reliable performance of work involved in various construction operations.

  • Patent number: 9284740
Abstract: [Problem] A mortar peeling method which can keep a sound generated during a peeling work to an allowable quiet sound and can peel a mortar off a concrete framework smoothly. [Solution] In a mortar peeling method, by gradually extending a piston rod 42 of a hydraulic jack 13 in a mortar peeling device 10A forward in one direction, a cutter 14 is gradually advanced forward in one direction so as to execute a mortar peeling process of peeling a mortar 21 with a predetermined thickness off a concrete framework 20 by using the cutter 14. In the mortar peeling method, after the piston rod 42 of the hydraulic jack 13 is extended forward in one direction and the mortar 21 is peeled, by retreating the piston rod 42 rearward in one direction, a session of the mortar peeling process is completed.

  • Patent number: 6958608
Abstract: The invention provides nuclear magnetic resonance equipment realizing improved sensitivity of a probe for receiving a free induction decay (FID) signal in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in a high frequency band of 600 MHz or higher. By manufacturing a solenoid coil of a higher filling factor by using a superconductor of extremely low resistance to high frequency current, sensitivity is increased. A superconducting thin film made of magnesium diboride (MgB2) formed on a donut plate-type substrate is disposed so that the film surface becomes parallel with the uniform magnetic field. The object is realized by a probe made by a solenoid coil formed by connecting a plurality of coil parts by capacitive coupling via a normal metal lead.

  • Patent number: 6608518
Abstract: The problem of the disclosed technology is as follows. Although a single flux quantum circuit can fabricate a high-speed sequential circuit with ease, the initialization of the circuit is required for guaranteeing the normal operation of the circuit. However, a prior-art circuit has no initializing function, or requires the restructuring of another logic system. For solving the foregoing problem, one Josephson junction is inserted to a flux quantum storage inductor constituting the existing logic circuit, so that a pulse for performing the circuit initialization is injected to the connection point by means of a comparator.

  • Patent number: 6486756
Abstract: A superconductor signal amplifier which receives an extremely small high-frequency signal having a frequency of tens of GHz generated in a superconductive circuit, amplifies the voltage of the high-frequency signal without a decrease in frequency, and outputs the thus amplified high-frequency signal from the superconductive circuit. At an output part of a single flux quantum circuit using a flux quantum as a binary information carrier, there are provided a superconductive junction line for flux quantum transmission and a splitter for simultaneously producing two flux quanta from a flux quantum. According to the number of plural series-connected SQUIDs, a plurality of flux quantum signals are generated and input to the plural series-connected SQUIDs so that the SQUIDs are simultaneously switched to a voltage state. In each SQUID pair comprising two SQUIDs, a part of an inductor is shared by the two SQUIDs for reduction in inductance, thereby increasing an output voltage of the series-connected SQUIDs.

  • Patent number: 5914068
Abstract: Novel Bi-layer Perovskite ferroelectrics constituted of BiO intermediate layers (17) and pseudo-Perovskite layers (18) stacked alternately are disclosed. The Bi-layer Perovskite ferroelectrics have such a crystal structure which has a fundamental skeleton composed of each intermediate layer (17) consisting of one BiO plane and each pseudo-Perovskite structure (18) consisting of Pb(Zr, Ti)O.sub.3. Since the intermediate layer (17) is constituted of the BiO layer, the ferroelectrics are more excellent in ferroelectric characteristics and thermodynamic stability than known Perovskite ferroelectrics comprising a Bi.sub.2 O.sub.2 layer.
