  • Patent number: 11381143
Abstract: A motor may include a rotor and a stator. The stator may include first and second stator assemblies. Each stator assembly may include a coil wound around a tube-shaped body part of a bobbin comprising a terminal block; and first and second stator cores disposed on opposite sides of the coil. The first stator cores of the first and second stator assemblies are welded together at outer peripheries of the first stator cores of the first and second stator assemblies. The welded portion may be covered by the terminal block of one of the first stator assembly or the second stator assembly on an outer side in the radial direction with a predetermined space between the welded portion and the terminal block.

  • Publication number: 20210075281
Abstract: A rotor and a motor are provided. In the motor, the rotor has a rotor magnet in a cylindrical rube shape disposed coaxially around a rotation shaft, and a first bushing provided with a center hole into which the rotation shaft has been pressed. A first end face of the first bushing has formed thereon an outflow prevention wall for preventing the outflow of an adhesive, the outflow prevention wall being formed by a radially outward-facing circumferential face of a wall forming part, which includes a rib-shaped protruded part and which is formed at a position set apart radially inward from an outer circumferential edge of the first end face. The first bushing is a metal plate, and the wall forming part is formed by press working. A second bushing is substantially the same as the first bushing.

  • Publication number: 20190316671
Abstract: The motor (1) is provided with a frame (3) (support member) that includes a third plate (33) (first support unit) supporting a gear cover (7) on one side (X1) in a first direction (X), and a first plate (31) (second support unit) supporting the gear cover on one side (Z1) in a second direction (Z). The gear cover includes a flexible plate (735) (biasing force generation unit) configured to generate a biasing force for biasing the gear cover in an inclined direction inclined toward both the other side (X2) in the first direction and the one side in the second direction, upon pressing the gear cover against the third plate. The first plate includes surface (318) (first abutment unit) abutting against the gear cover, and a hole (311) provided with an inner peripheral surface (second abutment unit) abutting against the convex portion (741) of the gear cover.

  • Patent number: 9692274
Abstract: A motor may include a rotor having a permanent magnet on an outer peripheral face of a rotation shaft and a fixed body having a stator, an opposite-to-output side radial bearing member, and an opposite-to-output side end plate. The opposite-to-output side radial bearing member may be formed with a bearing part, a flange part, and a recessed part recessed toward an output side. An end part on the output side of the bearing part may be located on the output side relative to the end part on the opposite-to-output side of the stator, and an end part on the opposite-to-output side of the rotation shaft protruded toward the opposite-to-output side from the shaft hole may be accommodated in an inside of the recessed part and is located on the output side relative to the end part on the opposite-to-output side of the fixed body in the axial line direction.
