  • Patent number: 7401297
Abstract: A window display control device comprises of a computer unit and a display unit. The computer unit has a display position determining section that determines a display position of a window on a screen based on data related to center point of vision of the user stored beforehand in a center point definition table. Finally, the display unit displays the window on the determined position.

  • Publication number: 20030038846
Abstract: There are provided a message display program and a message display apparatus which, if a command corresponding to an object cannot be executed, are capable of notifying the user of a precondition for making the command executable. The message display program has an object management table in which each object associated with a respective predetermined command is associated beforehand with an execution-permitting condition which is a precondition for executing the command. When the object displayed is selected by an operating input, the message display program causes a computer to look up the execution-permitting condition associated with the selected object to determine whether or not the execution-permitting condition is satisfied. When it is determined that the execution-permitting condition is not satisfied, the message display program causes the computer to display an input aid message associated beforehand with the execution-permitting condition.

  • Patent number: 5164327
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an MIS-type semiconductor is disclosed in which an insulation layer is deposited over a semiconductor drain layer of a first conduction type and a contact region of a high concentration second conduction type, a base region of the second conduction type, and a source region of the first conduction type within the base region in the semiconductor drain layer are formed by ion injecting through the insulation layer. Performing the ion injections through the insulation layer prevents ion injection damage to the surface of the drain layer. Furthermore, since the insulation layer is formed prior to the introduction of impurities, which generate high-density crystalline defects, quality degradation in the insulation layer itself can be kept to a minimum.

  • Patent number: 4633811
Abstract: In the particular embodiments described in the specification, a plasma CVD apparatus has a plurality of pairs of electrodes and equal discharges are attained by controlling the power supplied to the high frequency electrodes independently of one another so as to effect the formation of uniform films. Electromagnetic mutual interference between the electrodes is reduced by allowing the high frequency power supplies for supplying the power to function independently and providing a phase regulator if necessary.
