  • Patent number: 6186848
Abstract: It is an object of the invention to present a disassembling method and disassembling apparatus for disassembling easily an electronic appliance having a housing, and electronic components such as cathode-ray tube accommodated in the housing, classifying without mixing of impurities, and recycling at low cost by automating. An electronic appliance having a housing, a cathode-ray tube, and plural electronic components is put on a conveying pallet, and it is transferred by a conveyor. The conveyed electronic appliance is put on a tiltable work bench, a back plate of the housing is removed, and an opening is formed. Blowing a high pressure air shower to the opening, dust deposits on the electronic components are removed and cleaned. Moreover, other side of the housing is processed into a U-form by end mill, and a further opening is formed, and the cathode-ray tube is taken out through this further opening.

  • Patent number: 4344219
Abstract: An apparatus for arranging a plurality of different electric parts in a predetermined order for insertion into the substrate of a printed circuit board is disclosed. The apparatus has a plurality of cutter mechanisms arranged to receive respective tapes carrying respective electric parts. The cutter mechanism cuts the tape successively upon receipt of a control signal to sever the electrical parts one by one successively. The apparatus also has a plurality of carrier mechanisms arrayed on the periphery of a turn table which is arranged to be driven intermittently. When a carrier mechanism is positioned in front of the cutter mechanism having the desired electric part, the cutter mechanism is activated to sever the electric part and transfer the same to the carrier mechanism. Thus, the carrier mechanisms on the periphery of the turn table are loaded with respective electric parts.

  • Patent number: 4202092
Abstract: A single automatic part insertion machine which can insert the leads of various electronic components such as resistors, IC chips, IF transformers, variable resistors, connectors and so on, into specified insertion or mounting holes of printed circuit boards. The boards are supported on a common set of conveyor rails in one row, and are displaced in X and Y coordinate directions while they are transferred from a feeding position to an unloading position. Specified lead insertion holes of specified printed circuit boards are thus aligned one at a time with selected units of a number of parts feeding means in a predetermined sequence, so that the leads of corresponding electronic components may be inserted into specified insertion holes of the printed circuit boards and clinched if required. An automatic unfinished printed circuit board loading device is provided, as well as an automatic finished printed circuit board stacking device.
