  • Patent number: 9316448
Abstract: A vehicle heat exchanger includes a plurality of cup plates that are formed such that a first layered space into which a first heat carrier is introduced and a second layered space into which a second heat carrier is introduced are formed alternately between the plurality of cup plates when the plurality of plates are stacked. Peripheral end portions of the plurality of cup plates are fixed together in a liquid-tight manner. A distance in a stacking direction from a first cup plate that forms the first layered space to a second cup plate that forms the second layered space and a distance in the stacking direction from the second cup plate to the first cup plate are set to different distances, and end portions of outer wall portions of the cup plates are bent back so as to be apart from each other when the cup plates are stacked.

  • Patent number: 8191794
Abstract: A flow channel switching device provided in an oil circuit to switch the oil flow channel in accordance with the temperature of the oil. The flow channel switching device includes: a thermo-valve case that includes a plurality of flow passages that are communicated outside of the case; and a cylinder that is formed to move in the thermo-valve case and switches the oil flow channel in accordance with the temperature of the oil. The cylinder moves to a predetermined position and is fixed by means of an external member when the fluid at a low temperature is fed into the fluid circuit.

  • Patent number: 7665513
Abstract: A heat exchanger structure of an automatic transmission stabilizing a temperature of oil is provided. A heat exchanger structure of an automatic transmission includes an automatic transmission, a first heat exchanger provided on an upstream side and a second heat exchanger provided on a downstream side, each capable of cooling oil ejected from the automatic transmission, and a thermo valve capable of supplying oil subject to heat exchange by at least one of first and second heat exchangers to the automatic transmission. When a temperature of the oil is relatively low, the thermo valve supplies oil passed through the first heat exchanger to the automatic transmission and shuts off a flow of oil from the second heat exchanger to the automatic transmission. When a temperature of the oil is relatively high, the thermo valve supplies oil passed through first and second heat exchangers to the automatic transmission.
