  • Patent number: 11817793
Abstract: A power converter includes a switching circuit and a capacitor module. The capacitor module includes a capacitor element, a capacitor case, an encapsulating resin, and a capacitor bus bar. The capacitor bus bar includes an element connection section, which is connected to the capacitor element inside the encapsulating resin, a terminal connection section, which is connected to a power terminal outside the encapsulating resin, and a power supply connection section, which is connected to power supply wiring outside the encapsulating resin. The power supply wiring is electrically connected to a DC power supply. The capacitor bus bar includes a DC path, which constitutes a current path between the terminal connection section and the power supply connection section. The DC path is exposed to the outside of the encapsulating resin.

  • Patent number: 11316440
Abstract: A power conversion apparatus has: a heat-generating component; and a first capacitor module and a second capacitor module that are arranged to face each other with the heat-generating component therebetween. The first capacitor module has a first capacitor element, a first case that accommodates the first capacitor element, and a first bus bar with one end connected to the first capacitor element. The second capacitor module has a second capacitor element, a second case that accommodates the second capacitor element, and a second bus bar with one end connected to the second capacitor element. The second bus bar has an intervening part that intervenes between the second capacitor element and the heat-generating component, in a state of being separated from the two.

  • Patent number: 9601274
Abstract: In a capacitor module, a capacitor, a seal member that seals the capacitor, an electronic element electrically connected to the capacitor, a temperature sensor that measures a temperature around the capacitor, and a wire member electrically connected to the temperature sensor are provided. A holder holds at least the electronic element, the temperature sensor, and the wire member. The holder is fixed to the seal member while the temperature sensor is located between the electronic element and at least part of the capacitor via the seal member.
