Publication number: 20050277855Abstract: The invention provides a device for suppressing roaring of pet that enables the pet owner to control the action of the pet according to circumstances, with reduced power consumption and low running cost. A receiver 15 detects the barking of a dog, and based on the audio signal, it is set to receive mode for a predetermined period of time. When the pet owner hears the barking and determines that it is an unnecessary bark, he/she manipulates a transmitter 11. If the receiver 15 is at receive mode, when a signal is output from the receiver 15, a vibration unit 10 is activated, applying vibration to the pet and suppressing the roaring of the pet. If no signal from the transmitter 11 is received during the predetermined period of time, the receiver 15 enters a standby status. Thus, there is no need to supply power constantly to the receiver 15, and the power consumption of the receiver 15 can be cut down.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2005Publication date: December 15, 2005Applicant: ORION ELECTRIC CO., LTD.Inventors: Kazunari Tanaka, Shizuo Yamaguchi

Publication number: 20050081146Abstract: A relation chart-creating program which are capable of clarifying degrees of relevance between documents which do not explicitly-shown citation relationship or reference relationship, and then displaying the documents in chronological order. When a plurality of documents are inputted, contents of each of the documents are analyzed, and feature elements including time information are extracted therefrom. A degree of relevancy is calculated between each document pair extracted from the documents, based on the extracted feature elements. Objects indicative of the documents are arranged along a time axis, based on the time information. Association lines are generated for connecting between the objects of each document pair, depending on the calculated degree of relevancy. The relation chart composed of the objects and the association lines is displayed.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 30, 2004Publication date: April 14, 2005Applicant: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Kazunari Tanaka, Isamu Watanabe

Patent number: 6604193Abstract: A processor has an instruction decoder including a register number translation unit for translating a register number specified by an instruction into the number of a physical register to be actually used in execution of the instruction. In an operation to decode an instruction, after a register number specified by the instruction is translated into the number of a physical register to be actually used in execution of the instruction, a register rename unit replaces the number of the physical register with the number of a rename register. As a result, the translation of a register number specified by the instruction into the number of a physical register to be actually used in execution of the instruction can be changed dynamically at run time even for a superscalar processor carrying out register renaming operations.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 1999Date of Patent: August 5, 2003Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Kentaro Shimada, Isao Kimura, Kazunari Tanaka

Patent number: 6137559Abstract: A method of manufacturing LCD devices utilizes atmospheric pressure. An LCD seal pattern is formed on a glass substrate. An airtight seal pattern is formed along the periphery of the glass substrate. The glass substrate is aligned with another glass substrate. The two glass substrates are placed together in a vacuum. The vacuum is leaked to atmospheric pressure (the standard barometric pressure). Thus a uniform cell gap is formed.Type: GrantFiled: October 30, 1998Date of Patent: October 24, 2000Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazunari Tanaka, Yoshinori Tanaka

Patent number: 6074893Abstract: A process for forming fine thick-film conductor patterns on a ceramic substrate which comprises the steps of forming grooves in a positive-working photoresist layer on the substrate by the photolithographic technology, filling the grooves with a conductive paste by squeezing with a squeegee, removing the photoresist layer by a wet process, and firing the remaining conductive paste pattern is improved. By the improvements, the conductive paste is squeezed into the grooves by the screen printing technique using a mask, and/or the solvent in the conducive paste consists essentially of one or more hydrocarbons, and/or the squeegee is made of a material having a flexural modulus in a range of 30-200 kgf/mm.sup.2. The formation of the grooves may be accomplished by laser beam machining; in this case a negative-working photoresist or any other soluble resin may be used to form the grooves therein.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 1997Date of Patent: June 13, 2000Assignees: Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., Sumitomo Metal Ceramics Inc.Inventors: Yoshikazu Nakata, Syozo Otomo, Kazunari Tanaka, Koichi Uno

Patent number: 5209688Abstract: A plasma display panel is disclosed, which comprises a pair of insulating substrates with a predetermined space therebetween; a group of anode electrodes and a group of cathode electrodes formed on the inner side of each of the insulating substrates in such a manner that the groups of the electrodes are normal to each other; and barriers formed on the insulating substrate having the anode electrodes thereon by photolithography. Since the barriers are formed by photolithography using an ultraviolet-curable resin or positive-type resist, high precison patterns having a line width of 100 .mu.m or less and a line spacing of 100 .mu.m or less can be easily obtained and, thereby, a high resolution plasma display having a decreased picture element area and a wider discharge space can be obtained. When photolithography is used in the formation of the cathode electrodes, further high precision fine patterns can be obtained and further finely detailed pitch of picture elements can be achieved.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 1991Date of Patent: May 11, 1993Assignee: Narumi China CorporationInventors: Susumu Nishigaki, Syozo Ohtomo, Rikiya Kamimura, Kazunari Tanaka
