  • Patent number: 10289983
Abstract: A repair information management apparatus, which manages repair information of endoscopes, receives repair information of an endoscope from a user terminal in a repair center where a repair technician repairs the endoscope, and stores the repair information for each repair. When the user terminal requests for a skill evaluation screen of a specific repair technician, the repair information management apparatus reads out the repair information of the repairs performed by the repair technician and generates the skill evaluation screen and delivers it to the user terminal. The skill evaluation screen includes a skill evaluation table that shows, for the repair technician, a record of the repairs for each model of the endoscope and a record of the repairs for each difficulty level of a description of the repair.

  • Publication number: 20150142788
Abstract: A database stores a parts list, a tools and materials list, a repair information list, and an equipment list. The parts list and the tools and materials list are associated with regulation information, which indicates that the parts, the tools, and the materials are subject to a regulation, and updated every time a new regulation is imposed. The repair information list is associated with an indicator which indicates whether a repair is compliant with the regulation, and updated every time a repair is performed. The equipment list is associated with an indicator which indicates whether equipment is compliant with the regulation, and updated every time one of the parts list, the tools and materials list, and the repair information list is updated. Those which are not compliant with the regulation are extracted from each list stored in the database, and displayed on a regulatory compliance check screen.

  • Publication number: 20150120579
Abstract: In a repair information management apparatus, a term correspondence table is stored in a database. In the term correspondence table, each term (word) to be displayed on a repair information input screen for inputting repair information is associated with country-specific terms, being translations of the term in two or more languages. In the repair information management apparatus, a term correspondence table updater is activated when an application server is activated in an edit mode. In response to its activation, the term correspondence table updater delivers an edit screen for editing the term correspondence table to a user terminal, and updates the term correspondence table based on editing performed through the edit screen on the user terminal.
