  • Publication number: 20240072203
Abstract: A method for fabricating light emitting diode (LED) dice includes the steps of: providing a substrate, and forming a plurality of die sized semiconductor structures on the substrate. The method also includes the steps of providing a receiving plate having an elastomeric polymer layer, placing the substrate and the receiving plate in physical contact with an adhesive force applied by the elastomeric polymer layer, and performing a laser lift-off (LLO) process by directing a uniform laser beam through the substrate to the semiconductor layer at an interface with the substrate to lift off the semiconductor structures onto the elastomeric polymer layer. During the laser lift-off (LLO) process the elastomeric polymer layer functions as a shock absorber to reduce momentum transfer, and as an adhesive surface to hold the semiconductor structures in place on the receiving plate.

  • Patent number: 8867643
Abstract: Four (=M) transmission information signals are output from transmission information generating unit to linear transform unit, where they are transformed into synthesis signals by linear transform expressed by multiplication by a 2×4 matrix having complex numbers as elements. Signal processors perform signal processing corresponding to the modulation technique of test target on synthesis signals. On the resultant signals, 2×2 channel processing unit performs 2×2 pseudo channel processing, thereby forming equivalent M×N channels. Parameter setting unit sets information necessary to acquire desired M×N channel characteristics as the synthesis characteristics of linear transform unit and N×N channel processing unit.

  • Publication number: 20100237763
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method for the manufacture of an enhanced cold cathode electron emission source allowing a measure of area to be processed at one time. The method includes the steps of: dissolving first and second polymers in solvent to obtain a polymer solution, and applying the polymer solution onto a second conductive layer before forming a hole; precipitating and immobilizing the first polymer in a particulate in the second polymer by evaporating the solvent; removing the first polymer particulate with a developer to form an etching hole in the second polymer; and performing etching process via the etching hole so as to form the hole in the second conductive layer. In one embodiment, the second polymer has greater solubility than the first polymer in the solvent, and the first polymer has greater solubility than the second polymer in the developer.

  • Patent number: 7677479
Abstract: When a fuel injection valve is mounted on an engine, a distance between a core and an armature during non-energization of a coil can be prevented from becoming narrow. The coil is arranged inside the core, and a body is fixedly secured at its one end to an end of the core. A housing is arranged outside the coil with its one end abutting a cylinder head. A cap is arranged at the other end of the housing, and abuts at its side opposite to the housing with a fastening unit. The armature is arranged for reciprocation inside the body, and is magnetically attracted to the magnetized core. A gap is formed between the housing and the body, with the cap and the core being fixed to each other, and upon mounting the valve on the engine, the housing and the fastening unit abut the cylinder head and the cap, respectively.
