Abstract: A service server apparatus is provided which can easily cope with a correction of an error of a task performed based on the content of verbal speeches of a speaker. The service server apparatus includes a service activating unit that receives an instruction for performing a different task from a task performed by an application relating to a speech communication, a telephone/call control enabler that records verbal speeches of the speaker during a speech communication between a plurality of speech communication terminal device, a speech recognizing enabler which performs a task based on the recorded speeches and which generates task data including text data representing the result of the performance and speech data representing the result of the performance, a text translating enabler, and a speech synthesizing enabler.

The service server apparatus includes a service activating unit receiving an instruction for performing a task during a communication, a telephone/call control unit recording a call speech of the speaker during the communication between speech communication terminal devices, a speech recognizing enabler, a text translating enabler, and a speech synthesizing enabler performing the task based on the recorded call speech when the instruction is received, and a communication control enabler providing task data obtained through an performance of the task to the speech communication terminal device. The task data is text data obtained by converting the call speech into a text, translated text data obtained by translating the text data into another language, and speech data obtained by converting the translated text data into a speech.

A reservation candidate acquirer of a communication terminal acquires from a software managing server reservation candidate information containing time information about time zones as candidates to which a reservation for download of an update file can be allocated. At the communication terminal a user selects a reserved time zone from the time zones corresponding to the time information included in the reservation candidate information, and the software managing server registers the reservation in the reserved time zone. Thereby, the reserved time zone can be selected from the candidate time zones transmitted by the software managing server and the candidate time zones are determined based on a reservation table set so as to spread loads on the software managing server and on the transmission path.

Abstract: A data delivery device includes a storage unit for storing data, a receiving unit for receiving, from a client terminal, a request to download data to be stored into the storage unit and information indicative of a present position of the client terminal, through a network. The data delivery device also includes a judging unit for judging, in response to the download request received by the receiving unit, whether data to be stored into the storage unit is to be transmitted to the client terminal or to another predetermined terminal on the basis of a present position of the client terminal, and a delivery unit for delivering the data to a terminal destination based on the result of the judgment.

Abstract: A data delivery device includes a receiving section, a retrieval section and a transmitting section. The receiving section receives a download request from a requesting mobile device which requests data to be downloaded. The retrieval section retrieves existence of surrounding mobile devices existing within a predetermined region from the requesting mobile device with using management information including positions of the surrounding mobile devices, when the receiving section receives the download request. The transmitting section transmits setting information to the requesting mobile device in order to enable the requesting mobile device to receive the data from an arbitrary one of the surrounding mobile devices.
