The housing accommodates the medium support unit and the printing unit. The medium support unit includes a position adjustment unit configured to adjust a position of the support surface in an intersecting direction intersecting the support surface. The position adjustment unit can move the support surface from outside the movement range to within the movement range when the printing is not being performed by the printing unit and the head is disposed at a retracted position.
