    Abstract: To provide a polyester resin for an antifouling coating material that has improved storage stability while maintaining low VOC, thereby allowing preparation in a one-pack form, and that allows increased curability to be achieved and can provide a satisfactory antifouling property and coating property for prolonged periods, as well as a method for producing it, and an antifouling coating material composition.
