Patent number: 5041781Abstract: An assembly in which a touching needle and a connecting portion are arranged coaxially on a frame spaced from each other, each lead of an electric parts unit is connected to the touching needle or the connecting portion. The assembly is inserted into a probe in form of a cylinder through and end thereof, and the touching needle comes out through the other end thereof, when the assembly is fixed in the cylinder.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 1989Date of Patent: August 20, 1991Assignee: Stack Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuo Kawada, Hiroshi Noguchi

Patent number: 5006668Abstract: According to this invention a central conductor of a probe is connected to that of a coaxial cable by joining a shell and cylindrical metal fitting. An end of an inner insulator of the coaxial cable enters a larger diameter portion of an elastic cylinder which fits in a fixed position of the cylindrical metal fitting, a central conductor of the coaxial cable stretching further to penetrate a narrower diameter portion adjacent to the larger diameter portion. A pin is pressed into the narrower diameter portion from the other side of the larger diameter portion side. By this operation the central conductor is held tightly between the surfaces of the narrower diameter portion and the pin. When the connection of the probe and cylindrical metal fitting is completed, the pin deforms the elastic cylinder so that the central conductor of the probe contacts tightly with the pin, which enables complete conductivity between the central condutors.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 1989Date of Patent: April 9, 1991Assignee: Stack Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Noguchi, Kazuo Kawada

Patent number: 5001421Abstract: An electric parts unit is located between a pair of holders formed inside surface of a jointing portion of a frame of an assembly. When the assembly is inserted into a cylinder, a projection(s), which is on an outer surface of the jointing portion and has relation to the positions of the holders, is (are) pressed by an inner surface of the cylinder so that the jointing portion bends inward and the holders hold the electric parts unit. Therefore, even if the probe is used under a quaking condition, the electric parts unit will not be quaked so that any noise will not be produced.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 1989Date of Patent: March 19, 1991Assignee: Stack Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuo Kawada, Hiroshi Noguchi

Patent number: 4977481Abstract: A plate to support an earth terminal of a trimmer condenser constitutes a characteristic feature of a supporting device. One side of a plate is fixed by a screw on a fixing portion higher than the floor of a chamber for an electric parts unit of a frame. On the other side of the plate is formed a leg, the lower end of which is on the floor when the plate is fixed by a screw on the fixing portion. Consequently the plate is supported by the fixing portion and the floor which enables to resist the pressure on the trimmer condenser.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 1989Date of Patent: December 11, 1990Assignee: Stack Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuo Kawada, Yuichi Oiwa
