  • Publication number: 20190354207
Abstract: An operation device includes a surface panel, a static capacitance detection unit, mat-shaped small pieces, a vibration plate and a vibration generator. The surface panel is provided with plural operation buttons virtually. The static capacitance detection unit detects a touch operation on each of the operation buttons. The mat-shaped small pieces are provided on a back surface of the surface panel in correspondence to the operation buttons, respectively. The vibration plate is provided across the plural small pieces and transmits vibration to the small pieces. The vibration generator vibrates the vibration plate when the operation button is touch-operated.

  • Patent number: 6871508
Abstract: A refrigerant circuit in an air conditioner comprises a compressor that compresses a refrigerant, a condenser that liquefies the refrigerant, a pressure reducing device that reduces the pressure of the compressed refrigerant, and an evaporator that exchanges heat by utilizing the refrigerant and generates an air-conditioning air. The condenser comprises plural fin tubes, through which the refrigerant passes, two headers, to which both ends of the fin tubes are connected and which has a firm structure, upper and lower mounting brackets that are fixed to the headers, and vibration insulating materials that collaborate with pin members and support the condenser via the upper and lower mounting brackets. The valve unit is fixed to the header or to the upper or lower mounting bracket.

  • Patent number: 6871695
Abstract: In an air conditioner with an inside/outside air unit and an air conditioning unit, an attachment stay having an elongated hole is provided in the inside/outside air unit, and a pin is provided in the air conditioning unit to be fitted into the elongated hole of the attachment stay so that an attachment position between both units are determined. A hook portion is provided in the pin at a top end to form a recess portion between the hook portion and a wall surface of the air conditioning unit, and a plate portion of the attachment stay, defining the elongated hole, is disposed to be engaged with the recess portion after the pin is inserted into the elongated hole.

  • Patent number: 6799432
Abstract: In a left and right temperature independent control-type air conditioning unit for a vehicle, a case is constructed of a first case and a second case. An air passage in the case is divided into a first air passage through which air flows toward a right region of a compartment and a second air passage through which air flows toward a left region of the compartment by a partition wall. The first and second cases are connected by engaging a first case end surfaces with a second case end surface. Pin contact portions are formed on the first and second cases adjacent to the case end surface. The pin contact portions are disposed to oppose each other between the first case and the second case. The partition wall is fixed by interposing its periphery between the pin contact portions of the first and the second cases.

  • Patent number: 6708575
Abstract: In a sensor attachment structure, a lead wire connecting a sensor is pinched in a pinch portion provided at a tip side portion of an extending bar, proximate to the sensor. The pinch portion has a protrusion that protrudes from the end surface of the pinch portion toward the sensor. A contact surface of the protrusion is inclined toward the sensor from a protruding direction of the pinch portion to have an inclination angle equal to or larger than a deflection angle that is formed at the tip side of the extending bar against the extending direction of the lead wire. Accordingly, even when a tensile force F is exerted to the lead wire opposite to the sensor side, a component force of the tensile force F along the contact surface becomes zero or is directed to the base of the pinch portion.

  • Patent number: 6079077
Abstract: A dust collecting direction switching portion is provided at a wall at the back of the main body of an upright type vacuum cleaner. The dust collecting switching portion having a switch valve is branched into three directions. The branch in the first direction forms a duct for allowing a coupling hose to be fitted to a suction opening directed toward a floor surface, the branch in the second direction forms a rib communicating with a dust collecting portion inside the vacuum cleaner, and the branch in the third direction forms a rib allowing a hose to collect dust at a relatively narrow space between pieces of furniture. In operation, in response to an operation of a knob related to the switch valve, the switch valve switches one of the first and third direction ducts in association with the operation to communicate with the rib in the second direction.

  • Patent number: 6021957
Abstract: A motor vehicle air conditioner that is operative to cause the quantity of conditioned air to change smoothly when an air conditioner bypass passage is opened/closed. When a user switches a typical automotive air conditioner between a bi-level flow mode and a full outer-air mode, a warm-air bypass door does not stop at an intermediate position, thus causing both air quantity of conditioned air and blown-air temperature of conditioned air to change greatly. In the air conditioner of the present invention, the air conditioner warm-air bypass door stops once at an intermediate position, thus enabling the air quantity of the conditioned air and the temperature change in the blown-air to change gradually.

  • Patent number: 4906506
Abstract: A preformed material for use in fiber reinforced plastics is formed by laminating and integrally bonding a plurality of sheet-like substrates comprising reinforcing fibers. At least one of the laminated substrates is a woven fabric substrate having bonding material composed of a thermoplastic polymer pre-adhering to the substrate and extending substantially linearly along reinforcing yarns or auxiliary filamentary yarns of the substrate. Due to the bonding material the substrates of the preformed material are effectively bonded to each other even if the amount of the bonding material is small, no deterioration occurs in the arrangement and the distribution of the reinforcing fibers, no dislocation of the substrates occurs during a manufacturing process, and excellent characteristics of and a high productivity for forming the fiber reinforced plastics can be obtained.
