  • Patent number: 6731090
Abstract: A numerical value control system that controls a machine tool, by calculating a move command from a work program or a work data for a numerical value control unit, and directly inputting the move command to a servo control section (103) within the numerical value control unit (100) from the outside of the numerical value control unit (100). The numerical value control system comprises at the outside of the numerical value control unit: an analyzing unit (111) which analyzes a work program or a work data; and an interpolating unit (112) which carries out interpolation for each axis in a position control period of the servo control section based on output information from the analyzing unit (111) and cut conditions, where by the numerical value control system controls a machine tool by directly inputting a move command of a binary format prepared in advance by the interpolating unit (112), to the servo control section (103) within the numerical value control unit (100).

  • Publication number: 20020043359
Abstract: Heat dissipation fins 12 provided on a metal flat plate 10 with a predetermined distance and a metal base plate provided with a plurality of bottom-expanded recesses 15 on the flat surface 14 with a predetermined distance are prepared and pressing portions corresponding to the bottom-expanded recesses on the flat plate between fins to press down protrusions provided on the back side of the flat plate into the bottom-expanded recesses to fix the heat dissipation fins and the base plate securely. Number of components of the heat sink is reduced and construction has become simple. The manufacturing cost is reduced.

  • Patent number: 4746586
Abstract: The use of a paper containing synthetic fiber not greater than 0.8 denier, particularly a paper consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol fiber not greater than 0.8 denier and a cellulosic fiber, as a separator in an alkaline dry cell is conductive to improved alkali resistance, greater alkaline electrolyte absorption, and prevention of an internal short-circuit, resulting in a marked improvement in the discharge capacity of the dry battery.

  • Patent number: 4385231
Abstract: An unlocking system is used with cards each having recorded thereon a secret number, a plurality of subnumbers, a specifying code for selecting at least one of the subnumbers, and an effective period. The system comprises a card reader for reading the data recorded on the card, a memory for storing a secret number, specifying code and effective period, and a processing unit for unlocking. The processing unit reduces the effective period stored in the memory by 1 in terms of unit time, e.g. 1 day, upon lapse of every unit time, e.g. 1 day or 24 hours. The unit further compares the secret number on the card with the secret number in the memory and gives an unlocking instruction when a match is found between the two secret numbers, with the effective period in the memory exceeding a predetermined period, e.g. 0.

  • Patent number: 3983217
Abstract: A method for removing sulfur dioxide from waste gases by a wet oxidation-absorption method, which is characterized in that an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate acidified with sulfuric acid at a pH range of 3 - 4 is used as the absorbent. The SO.sub.2 contained in the waste gases is absorbed with the aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate in an absorption tower and then oxidized with air or oxygen to be converted into sulfuric acid in an oxidation tower.
