  • Patent number: 9427950
Abstract: An ink image is formed on the side of a gauze of a screen master by discharging ink by an ink discharge apparatus, and collected visible rays or infrared rays are irradiated onto the ink image to heat the ink. Then, a thermoplastic resin film is perforated to form a plate making image corresponding to the ink image. The minute ink drops discharged from the ink discharge apparatus are held inside minute opening portions (pixels) of fibers configuring the gauze, and are put on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film bent by gravity. Thermosensitive perforation is carried out in this state, and thus a high-definition plate making image corresponding to the image configured using the ink drops in units of pixels can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 7690869
Abstract: An inner member having a supply port is installed at the inside of a housing, wherein the housing and the inner member are connected together by connecting bolts. Air is supplied to the supply port of the inner member and is directed and introduced through communication passages into an annular passage. Thereafter, the air is directed outwardly from a plurality of lead-out holes, which communicate with the annular passage, in a swirling direction with respect to an annular recess facing the workpiece. In addition, by having the air flow along the annular recess, which is formed with a substantially trapezoidal shape in cross section, the workpiece is maintained in a non-contact state with respect to a holding surface of the inner member.

  • Patent number: 7536944
Abstract: A slight-vibration-suppressing mechanism is attached to a piston rod 6 of an air pressure cylinder that stops the piston at a target position by means of a positioning control. The slight-vibration-suppressing mechanism includes a friction member formed of a pair of sealing members being in contact with the piston rod, and an air cell of compressed air fed to a periphery of the piston rod is formed by means of the friction member. An air flow path to feed and discharge the compressed air to the aforementioned air cell is formed, in which the compressed air generates a sliding friction, which suppresses slight vibration, via the friction member between the piston rod and the aforementioned friction member.

  • Publication number: 20050169442
Abstract: An exchange controls a display section of a receiving side telephone in accordance with recording of an originating side voice, and controls an output of the originating side voice from a voice output section in accordance with an input to an input section of the receiving side telephone. A recipient can check with the display section that recording of the originating side voice is in progress, and make the originating side voice being recorded outputted, by operating the input section. Since it is possible to output the voice after checking a situation around the receiving side telephone, a risk that the originating side voice is improperly heard by someone else is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6924589
Abstract: A color picture tube device that can adjust convergence without causing increases in cost and in power consumption is provided. One pair of magnetic flux generation means for generating a static quadrupole magnetic field are positioned above and below an area where a plurality of electron beams pass through. The static quadrupole magnetic field has an effect of adjusting convergence in a horizontal direction. In this construction, a magnetic flux generated by one of the two magnetic flux generation means that is closer to the plurality of electron beams is reduced, in sync with deflection of the plurality of electron beams in a vertical direction.
