  • Patent number: 7672741
Abstract: A position/force control device includes position detectors on a master 1 side and on a slave 3 side. Reaction force estimation observers 2 and 4 estimate reaction force based on outputs of the position detectors. A position control part 5 generates acceleration signals apm, aps for controlling positions on the master side and on the slave side on the basis of the position signals outputted by the position detectors. The operation force control part 6 generates acceleration signals afm, afs for controlling forces applied to the master side and to the slave side based upon the outputs from reaction force estimation observers 2 and 4. The acceleration composition part 7 composes the two sets of acceleration signals apm, aps, and afm, afs, and outputs the driving signals for the master side and the slave side.

  • Patent number: 7567238
Abstract: A medical treatment support system has operations A to G on a display screen to easily handle respective data on a sheet. Operation A facilitates the browsing of a large amount of data. Operations B and C allow the user to easily copy and move data. Operation D is a scale function to facilitate measurement. Using operation E, the operator can easily divide an area into segments only by drawing a horizontal line. Operation F is used to change a display angle of image data displayed on the screen. Operation G allows the user to browse respective data classified for each sheet label. The new functions of the single-unit input/output pen-tablet device can be intuitively operated by a user not versed in the functions. This consequently mitigates the load of complex input operation which interrupts thinking of the user and which hinders diagnosis mitigated in medical treatment.

  • Publication number: 20080195161
Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To prevent ventricular fibrillation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A rectangular base material (10) is sewn to the epicardium surface of a left ventricle (38). Four cooling Peltier elements (12) are provided at the center of the base material (10), and temperature-detecting thermistors (18) are provided at part of their peripheries. A plurality of circular, flat potential sensors/energizing electrodes (14) for detecting the surface potential of the heart are arranged in a lattice form on the surface of the base material (10) at almost equal intervals. The potential sensors/energizing electrodes (14) are energizing electrodes for delivering a pulse voltage/current to the heart. When a rapid ventricular rate is detected, these Peltier elements (12) are energized to cool the heart.

  • Publication number: 20070112466
Abstract: This invention of the position/force control device intends to improve response performance in high frequency band and to ensure realization of a delicate work. A position detector is provided each on a master 1 side and on a slave 3 side, respectively, and reaction force estimation observers 2 and 4 estimate reaction force undergone by the operation part of the master side and reaction force undergone by the object of the slave side on the basis of outputs of the position detectors. The position control part 5 generates acceleration signals apm, aps for controlling positions on the master side and on the slave side on the basis of the position signals outputted by the position detectors of the master side and of the slave side. The operation force control part 6 generates acceleration signals afm, afs for controlling forces applied to the master side and to the slave side based upon the outputs from reaction force estimation observers 2 and 4.

  • Publication number: 20050141043
Abstract: An image inputting apparatus has an image reading device and a storage medium that can be removably loaded into the image reading device, and a controller that causes the storage medium to store image data read through the image reading device. The apparatus includes an image analyzing section and a data converting section. The image analyzing section analyzes image format information previously stored in the storage medium. The data converting section converts the image data read through the image reading device, conversion being performed based on an analysis result of the image analyzing section. The controller causes the storage medium to store the image data read through the image reading device. The image format information includes a file format, the number of colors, the size of image, and the type of primary colors.
