  • Publication number: 20130073275
Abstract: An emulator is provided which can enhance the efficiency of setup change of operating conditions for a peripheral circuit of a slave processor by a master processor. The emulator comprises a master processor and a slave processor which configure an emulation processor. The slave processor comprises a predetermined peripheral circuit. In a break state, the slave processor receives control data and a first command from the master processor via a first communication path, and stores the control data in a predetermined storage area according to the first command. When the master processor executes a target program to perform function setup of the predetermined peripheral circuit, the master processor issues a second command to the slave processor via the first communication path, and the slave processor executes the first evaluation control program to set the control data specified by the second command to the peripheral circuit from the storage area.

  • Patent number: 7019224
Abstract: A powder-weighing apparatus and a powder-weighing method having a high weighing speed and a high weighing accuracy are provided. For weighing powder within a predetermined allowable range of a target weight Wt, the powder-weighing apparatus may be configured to have a primary-charge weighing portion for weighing and retaining a weight W1 of primary-charge powder smaller than the target weight Wt and at least two auxiliary-charge weighing portions each for weighing and retaining a weight W2 of auxiliary-charge powder within a predetermined range of an auxiliary-charge weight Ws. When a weight W1 of the powder retained in the primary-charge weighing portion is smaller than a lower limit of the predetermined allowable range of the target weight Wt, one of the two weights W2 may be selected so that a sum (W1+W2) becomes closest to the target weight Wt, and the powder retained in the primary-charge weighing portion and the powder retained in the selected auxiliary-charge weighing portion are discharged.

  • Patent number: 6915182
Abstract: When a determination condition is set for determining whether a molded product is non-defective or defective, a molding operation is performed a predetermined number of times. In each molding operation, an actual value of at least one monitor item which can serve as the basis for determining whether a molded product is non-defective or defective is detected. The detected actual values are displayed on a screen of a display in such a manner that a distribution of the actual values can be visually grasped. A sampling zone for the displayed actual values is designated in such a manner that a portion of the displayed actual values are contained in the sampling zone. The determination condition is automatically set on the basis of actual values contained in the sampling zone.

  • Patent number: 6865924
Abstract: In a drift detection method for detecting drift in a pressure detection value output from a pressure detector, pressure is detected by the pressure detector at a preset detection point in a pressure-uncontrolled region in an arbitrary molding cycle. The detected pressure is set as a reference pressure. Pressure is detected by the pressure detector at the same detection point in the pressure-uncontrolled region in a subsequent molding cycle. A deviation of the detected pressure from the reference pressure is obtained. When the deviation is greater than a preset value, it is determined that a drift is present, and processing for coping with the drift is performed.
