  • Patent number: 11256282
Abstract: A control lever device of an industrial vehicle includes a control lever that is tiltable forward and rearward relative to a vehicle body of the industrial vehicle and that includes a control knob, a switch button that is provided on the control knob and adapted to be pushable while the control lever is operated. The switch button has a movement axis indicating a movable direction of the switch button. The movement axis is inclined forward relative to a direction orthogonal to an extending direction of the control knob so that a pushing direction of the switch button is directed rearward from the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the control knob.

  • Patent number: 7648186
Abstract: A locking mechanism for a rotation seat includes a plate member fixed to an underside of the rotation seat, a stopper member attached to the plate member, a base member fixed to a base, a rotary shaft which supports the plate member rotatably with respect to the base member, a locking recess formed in an intermediate portion of the guide slot, and a resilient member provided in the plate member for urging the stopper member in a direction in which the stopper member is locked to the locking recess. The base member is formed with a guide slot. The locking recess is formed continuously from the guide slot so that the width thereof becomes narrower with distance from the guide slot. When the stopper member moves in a guide direction along the guide slot and gets into the locking recess, the stopper member is urged in the direction.

  • Publication number: 20080264728
Abstract: A control lever unit includes a lever, a sensor, an urging body and an elastically undeformable restricting member. The lever is pivoted tiltably from a neutral position in any direction within 360 degrees including two main operation directions and intermediate directions therebetween; The sensor detects tilt angle of the lever in the two respective main operation directions. The urging body puts the lever back to the neutral position. The restricting member has an interior wall for surrounding the lever to restrict tilting range of the lever. Contour of the interior wall of the restricting member includes main operation stop portions for specifying tilt limit of the lever in the main operation directions and intermediate stop portions for specifying tilt limit of the lever in the intermediate directions. The main operation stop portions are positioned outside a quadrangle with the intermediate stop portions at apexes thereof.

  • Patent number: 7434863
Abstract: A rotation seat for a vehicle has a seat, a rotating plate and a base plate. The seat is fixed on the rotating plate which has a nail member and a biasing member. The biasing member forces the nail member. The rotating plate is rotatably connected to the base plate through a first shaft. The base plate has a guide slot so as to regulate extent of the rotation of the rotating plate by guiding the nail member. The guide slot has a first slot and a second slot. The biasing unit forces the second slot through the nail member so as to make the rotating plate rotate from an operator's exiting position to a forward driving position.

  • Patent number: 7283898
Abstract: A seating sensor detects whether a seat is occupied by a person. A microcomputer determines whether the seat is occupied by a person based on the output of the seating sensor. If a seating signal indicating that the seat is occupied by a person is supplied continuously for over a predetermined time, the microcomputer outputs an alarm signal indicating that the seating sensor system is in a failure state.

  • Patent number: 6293099
Abstract: This invention relates to a hydraulic circuit for a forklift, and intends to lift a fork for lifting in high speed, or to inch the fork little by little, as occasion demands. In this hydraulic circuit, a first electric motor for driving a first electric motor disposed on a first route extending from a tank to a lift cylinder is on-off controlled. A check valve disposed on the first route downstream of the first hydraulic pump allows only an oil-flow from the oil tank to the lift cylinder. A second motor for driving a second electric motor disposed on a second route extending from a tank to a lift cylinder is PMW-controlled. A flow controlling valve is disposed on the second route downstream of the second hydraulic pump and including an electro-magnetic valve operated associating with the PMW-controlling of said second electric motor. A separating element hydraulically separates the check valve and the electro-magnetic valve of the flow controlling valve.
