  • Publication number: 20230158995
Abstract: A curtain airbag module that is to be attached at least to a side roof member of a vehicle body of a vehicle includes a curtain airbag, fist tabs, and a coupler. The curtain airbag includes vehicle-body fixation points arranged in a longitudinal direction of the curtain airbag in a stored state extending in the longitudinal direction. The fist tabs are to be attached to the vehicle body while being overlaid on the respective vehicle-body fixation points. The coupler couples some first tabs adjacent to each other that are a portion or all of the first tabs. The coupler is provided along an extending direction of the curtain airbag. The coupler has a shape with no portion to be present between the curtain airbag and the vehicle body in a state where the first tabs are attached to the vehicle body.

  • Patent number: 6745616
Abstract: In advance to measuring texture of the workpiece by a surface texture measuring machine (1), a workpiece orientation adjustment stage (10) is manually moved by the surface texture measuring machine (1) in accordance with calculated orientation correction amount of the workpiece, thus adjusting orientation of the workpiece. Since it is only necessary for an operator to operate respective adjustment means until reaching a displayed correction amount, operation thereof can be facilitated and orientation thereof can be highly accurately adjusted without impairing operability.

  • Patent number: 6466884
Abstract: A surface texture measuring machine includes a vertical V-axis column D, a vertically movable table E, a horizontal X-axis guide 17 and a slider 18 disposed on the vertically movable table E, a probe C attached to the slider 18, a V-axis detector 13, a displacement detector 27, an X-axis detector 74, and a control device CPU. The control device CPU calculates the amount of a bending deformation in the X-axis direction at the height of the X-axis guide 17, from a height signal from the V-axis detector 13 and a displacement amount signal from the X-axis detector 74, and sets a value that is obtained by subtracting the bending deformation amount from the X-axis direction displacement amount, as an X-axis displacement in measurement.

  • Patent number: 6357286
Abstract: A surface texture measuring apparatus that ensures detection of surface texture of a workpiece even when the surface has a steep unevenness. A detecting device having a stylus is moved in the X axis direction along the surface of the workpiece, and displacement in the Z axis direction is converted into electric signals to detect unevenness of the surface of the workpiece. When the surface has a steep unevenness and the amount of displacement in the Z axis direction reaches or exceeds a threshold, a Z axis detected value and an X axis detected value obtained at that moment are output. The moving speed of the detecting device is decreased when the surface has a steep unevenness, while the moving speed is increased when the surface does not have a steep unevenness, making it possible to improve following characteristics and to reduce measurement time.

  • Patent number: 4015049
Abstract: The adhesive strength of a metallic layer prepared by vacuum metallizing on an unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyolefin article is substantially increased by heating below the melting point of the polyolefin after the metallization. Preferable heating temperature is 92.degree.-157.degree. C. for polypropylene and heating time is 10 sec. - 1 hour. An aluminum layer obtained by this invention has remaining ratio of 100% after cross cut test.
