  • Patent number: 8492490
Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing a polymer resin comprises a polymerization vessel, a bearing part, a protection part, a circulating cooling means, a raw material-injecting nozzle and a flow path-constituting part. The protection part forms a first flow path between the protection part and the side face of the agitation axis. The circulating cooling means includes a circulating inlet nozzle provided on a side face of the protruding part so as to be opposite to the protection part. The flow path-constituting part is provided between the bearing part and the protection part so as to cover the side face of the agitation axis, to fix the bearing part and the protection part. This flow path-constituting part forms a second flow path between the side face of the agitation axis and the flow path-constituting part and a third flow path for coupling the second flow path with the raw material-injecting nozzle.

  • Patent number: 6751577
Abstract: In a method of degradation diagnosis according to the present invention, an equipment degradation diagnosis request is input through network 4 from a diagnosis requester and a degradation diagnosis requests handler is selected in accordance with execution condition information of degradation diagnosis specified in respect of at least one degradation diagnosis requests handler and condition information in accordance with which an diagnosis requester requests degradation diagnosis. A request for execution of degradation diagnosis is made to this selected degradation diagnosis requests handler and the results of execution of the degradation diagnosis obtained by the selected degradation diagnosis requests handler are acquired and output through network 4 to the diagnosis requester. In this way, a service can be implemented whereby diagnosis of degradation requested by a diagnosis requester from a diagnostic service provider is performed rapidly and easily at low cost.

  • Patent number: 4518464
Abstract: A method of detecting embrittlement of a heat-resisting steel comprises evaluating the brittleness of the heat-resisting steel on the basis of the repassivation current value obtained by (a) connecting the steel as the anode of an anode polarization curve measuring apparatus wherein an aqueous solution containing an organic acid and an alkylbenzene sulfonic acid or its salt is used as an electrolytic solution; and (b) raising the anode potential from an active region to a passive region and thereafter lowering the anode potential to measure the repassivation current value.
