Patent number: 6163532Abstract: In a communication system across an in-office PC system (10) and an in-enterprise LAN system (20), in order to perform a transmission of packet data from a DDTE (22) on the LAN side to a M-DTE (14) on the personal station side without a need of a provision of complicated means, when receiving packet data addressed to the M-DTE (14) from the DTE (22), a LAN side control unit (23) transmits a connection request including the incoming packet address to a PBX (11) of the in-office PC system (10), the PBX (11) notifies a PS (13) of the incoming signal for the packet address through a CS(12), and on the other hand, the M-DTE (14) connected to the PS (13) acknowledges the incoming signal through the PS (13) and the CS (12) when the packet address which received this notice corresponds to the M-DTE (14), thereby achieving a connection. After the connection, the control unit (23) transmits packet data to the M-DTE (14).Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 1997Date of Patent: December 19, 2000Assignee: NTT Mobile Communications Networks, Inc.Inventors: Tsutomu Taguchi, Shinji Kobayashi, Yoshiki Fujima, Kazushige Tanaka, Masahiko Hirono

Patent number: 5614165Abstract: A process for purification of hydrogen peroxide is provided which comprises contacting an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution with a chelate resin. According to the process, it is possible to remove impurities in the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution in high efficiency, and particularly, it is possible to remove iron, aluminum, etc., which are difficult to remove singly by ion exchange resins, up to extremely low concentrations. Highly pure hydrogen peroxide solutions obtained by this invention can suitably used for washing of silicon wafers.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 1995Date of Patent: March 25, 1997Assignee: Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Inc.Inventors: Yasuo Sugihara, Kazushige Tanaka, Hisashi Sakaitani

Patent number: 5302311Abstract: In cleaning a semiconductor substrate with a basic aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, it is an object to prevent metal impurities adhering to the substrate surface. A cleaning solution of a semiconductor substrate which comprises a basic aqueous solution of a hydrogen peroxide containing a chelating agent having at least two phosphonic acid groups. Preferred chelating agent is 1,2-propylenediamine tetra(methylene phosphonic acid) in amount of 1 ppb to 1000 ppm, together with 0.1 to 20% by weight of hydrogen peroxide and, optionally, 0.1 to 10% by weight of ammonia. Even if the cleaning solution is contaminated with metal impurities, characteristics of semiconductor elements prepared from a substrate are stabilized since no metal impurities adhere on the substrate surface.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 1992Date of Patent: April 12, 1994Assignee: Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc.Inventors: Yasuo Sugihara, Kazushige Tanaka, Michiya Kawakami

Patent number: 5255308Abstract: In a wide area cordless telephone system, an individual-call signal is generated if an incoming call from the telephone network is an individual call to one of cordless stations of a group and a group-call signal is generated if it is directed to all cordless stations of the group. A group of access units are associated with the cordless station of each group to establish a control channel and speech channels with the cordless stations. The access units respond to the individual-call signal by transmitting a speech channel identifier to one of the cordless stations through the control channel and transmitting a ringing signal through a speech channel specified by the speech-channel identifier. In response to the group-call signal, speech-channel identifiers are successively transmitted from the access units to the cordless stations through the control channel and group ringing signals are respectively sent to the cordless stations through speech channels specified by the speech-channel identifiers.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 1991Date of Patent: October 19, 1993Assignees: NEC Corporation, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp.Inventors: Tadao Hashimoto, Kazushige Tanaka
