Publication number: 20090111222Abstract: A method of producing a wiring board on which a semiconductor chip is to be mounted, includes: adhering an aluminum foil to one surface of a resin substrate; providing a heat-hardening resin layer having a predetermined shape on the aluminum foil; removing a part of the aluminum foil which is exposed from the heat-hardening resin layer to form a wiring circuit; and providing a thermoplastic resin layer on the wiring circuit. The heat-hardening resin layer has strength that enables the wiring board to prevent short between the semiconductor chip and the wiring circuit and has a crosslinking degree that is so reduced as to enable the bump to remove the heat-hardening resin layer to reach the wiring circuit, when the heat is applied to the wiring board and the bump to which the ultrasonic wave is applied is pressed to the wiring board.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 23, 2008Publication date: April 30, 2009Inventors: KAZUTAKA YOSHIDA, WAKAHIRO KAWAI

Patent number: 4446470Abstract: An ink-jet color printing system for painting a color image with complex colors arranged in ink-dot patterns; comprises a color image information input unit for reading out color image information from a color original, a color image information processing unit for memorizing the color image and carrying out a non-linear masking procedure, and color printer apparatus for painting a color image by depositing ink dots of yellow, magenta and cyan on a recording medium. New yellow, magenta and cyan ink dyes are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: June 1, 1982Date of Patent: May 1, 1984Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masatoshi Sugiyama, Kazutaka Yoshida, Akira Ogawa

Patent number: 4413275Abstract: An ink-jet color printing apparatus is comprised of a rotary drum that bears the paper or other medium to receive the color printing and rotates in a primary scanning direction. A group of yellow ink-jet heads, a group of magenta ink-jet heads, a group of cyan ink-jet heads and a group of black ink-jet heads are provided, with each group of ink-jet heads arranged in the secondary scanning direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the drum. These ink-jet heads form simultaneously dot lines of four different colors. Groups of ink-jet heads of respective color are comprised of a plurality of ink-jet heads arranged in the primary scanning direction so as to form a plurality of dot lines constituting a single scanning line. A single picture element is formed by a dot matrix having n.times.m possible positions on a plurality of dot lines. Intermediate colors and color densities thereof can be achieved by combinations of several kinds of colored inks and dot patterns formed on a single matrix.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 1981Date of Patent: November 1, 1983Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hideo Horiuchi, Kazutaka Yoshida

Patent number: 4412225Abstract: A method for representing a complex color by providing a mean-value a color mixture of low and middle color density so as to deposit at least two kinds of different color ink drops on a dot matrix in such a way as to permit a single ink drop to be in each of the greater part of the cells of the dot matrix. But a subtractive color mixture is used at high color density so as to deposit at least two kinds of different color ink drops on a dot matrix in such a way as to permit at least two kinds of ink drops to be superimposed in each of the greater part of the cells of the dot matrix. With a dot matrix of rectangular configuration of columns and rows of cells, each color is applied starting from a different corner of the matrix and progressing toward the diagonally opposite corner as the required level of color density progressively rises.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 1982Date of Patent: October 25, 1983Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazutaka Yoshida, Hideo Horiuchi

Patent number: 4412226Abstract: An ink-jet printing method for painting an image on a recording medium uses ink-jet heads equal in number to the least common multiple of numbers of rows or columns of two different sizes of dot matrices. The ink-jet heads are disposed in side-by-side arrangement so as to deposit ink dots on dot lines adjacent one another. When a dot matrix having m rows and k columns for a single picture element is selectively used, ink-jet heads are so classified into several sub-groups of m ink-jet heads as to deposit ink dots on several scanning lines each of which comprises m dot lines. On the other hand, if the ink-jet heads are classified into several sub-groups of n ink-jet heads each, then they deposit ink dots on several scanning lines each of which comprises n dot lines when a dot matrix having n rows and l columns for a single picture element is selectively used.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 1982Date of Patent: October 25, 1983Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kazutaka Yoshida
