  • Publication number: 20240136062
Abstract: [Problems] Provision of a system for assisting diagnosis/treatment of stroke which can easily provide supportive information so that the type of stroke can be determined appropriately and corresponding treatment strategy can be implemented. [Solutions] When the device for assisting diagnosis/treatment of stroke 101 acquires information of CT images, DWI, ADCmap, and MRA images indicating state of stroke from the device for providing information about state of stroke 103, it uses the acquired information of images and the information about laboratory findings to determine the type of stroke in a unit of stroke type determiner trained to use the predetermined information of images and the predetermined information about laboratory findings to determine the type of stroke corresponding thereto.

  • Patent number: 9605990
Abstract: A liquid container includes: a container main body which stores a liquid; an ultrasonic sensor which is disposed so as to contact an outer side wall of the container main body and so as to emit an ultrasonic wave into the liquid; and a reflecting means which is disposed at an inner bottom portion of the container main body and reflects the ultrasonic wave emitted into the liquid from the ultrasonic sensor towards a surface of the liquid, the reflecting means being disposed at a position where a distance the ultrasonic wave travels through the liquid in a path of the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic sensor to a reflecting surface of the reflecting means, is greater than a distance at which an insensitive band of the ultrasonic sensor is obtained.

  • Patent number: 7261869
Abstract: Inexpensive spindle- or rice-like calcium carbonate giving useful properties for brightness, opacity and wire abrasion resistance as a paper filler is provided by taking advantage of the causticization step. When a white liquor is used for slaking a quick lime, the quick lime used in the slaking reaction of a first step has a calcium carbonate content of 10% by weight or less and is slaked with the white liquor at a concentration of 20 to 60% to prepare a milk of lime. When a green liquor is used for slaking a quick lime, the quick lime used in the slaking reaction of a first step has a calcium carbonate content of 0.1 to 10% by weight and is slaked with the green liquor at a concentration of 20 to 60% to prepare a milk of lime. In a second step, causticization reaction takes place at a green liquor loading rate of 0.02 to 0.5 cc (green liquor)/min/g (quick lime) at a reaction temperature of 20 to 105° C. to afford spindle- or rice-like calcium carbonate.

  • Patent number: 6834031
Abstract: The method of sampling wobble components of the present invention is capable of realizing a disk drive unit, which can write data at high speed, and reducing manufacturing cost of the disk drive unit. The wobble components are sampled from laser beams reflected from an optical disk so as to write data on the optical disk. The laser beams are low power laser beams for reading data and high power laser beams for writing data. The method is characterized in that the wobble components of the reflected low power laser beams and the reflected high power laser beams are continuously sampled.
