The adhesive layer-attached conductive foil of the invention is provided with a conductive foil and an adhesive layer formed on the conductive foil, wherein the adhesive layer is composed of a curable resin composition containing component (A): a polyfunctional epoxy resin, component (B): a polyfunctional phenol resin and component (C): a polyamideimide.
