  • Publication number: 20170346468
Abstract: A radar apparatus includes a transmitter including a plurality of circuits that intermittently transmit one or more radar signals, the plurality of circuits being suspended power supplying during a period in which the one or more radar signals are not transmitted, variation detection circuitry that detects process variations of the plurality of circuits, and determination circuitry that determines a startup timing of each of the plurality of circuits in response to the process variations and outputs startup commands in response to the determined startup timings to the plurality of circuits.

  • Publication number: 20160352370
Abstract: A local oscillation signal level adjustment circuit includes: a local oscillation circuit that outputs a local oscillation signal; a variable gain amplifier that amplifies the local oscillation signal level; a frequency conversion circuit that converts a radio signal into an analog baseband signal by using the local oscillation signal thus amplified; an A/D converter that converts the analog baseband signal into an output code of a digital baseband signal; and a control circuit that controls a gain of the variable gain amplifier on a basis of the output code of the digital baseband signal, wherein the control circuit increases the gain of the variable gain amplifier until the output code of the digital baseband signal becomes saturated.

  • Patent number: 9203364
Abstract: Two LPFs are disposed on the output side of a differential amplifier to remove an AC component contained in an output signal output from a first output terminal of the differential amplifier and an AC component contained in an output signal output from a second output terminal of the differential amplifier. The lowpass filter voltage of the output signal output from the first output terminal with the AC component removed is input to one of input terminals of one of two comparators, and the lowpass filter voltage of the output signal output from the second output terminal with the AC component removed is input to one of input terminals of the other comparator.

  • Publication number: 20060111138
Abstract: A first switch is provided between a received signal detector circuit and an amplifier circuit of a microphone signal, and a high pass filter, and a second switch is provided between a high pass filter, and a signal amplifier circuit in a preceding stage of a loudspeaker and an amplitude limiting circuit of a transmission signal. The high pass filter is thereby shared for transmission and reception. The high pass filter filters a tone signal from an output signal of the received signal detector circuit to extract an audio signal in reception. The high pass filter also filters a frequency component of the tone signal included in the audio signal inputted from the microphone in transmission.
