  • Publication number: 20240100615
Abstract: A welding system includes: a setting apparatus configured to move a material to be welded to a desired welding position according to a disturbance condition of the material to be welded 1; a welding robot configured to weld, according to a working condition, the material to be welded moved by the setting apparatus; an inspection apparatus configured to inspect a welding quality of the material to be welded that is welded at a current time; a storage apparatus configured to store the working condition for the current time, the disturbance condition for the current time, and the welding quality of the current time in association with one another; and a determination unit configured to change, when the welding quality of the current time stored in the storage apparatus satisfies a predetermined required quality, the corresponding disturbance condition for the current time and set the changed disturbance condition as a disturbance condition for a next time.

  • Publication number: 20230330785
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a welding measuring system and a welding measuring method that can steadily photograph a welding phenomenon in manual arc welding in which the moving speed of a torch changes irregularly. To this end, a welding measuring system for measuring a welding phenomenon in manual arc welding includes: a camera rail disposed along a welding line; a camera movable on the camera rail; a camera driving device that drives the camera; and a computer that senses a position of an arc within an image photographed by the camera, and controls the camera driving device such that the camera moves at a speed at which the position of the arc continues to be displayed within a predetermined region within the image photographed by the camera.

  • Publication number: 20230041258
Abstract: A master unit includes a welding DB in which prescribed motion data associated with an object to be welded is stored, a state sensor which measures, as welding state data, a situation of welding by a robot which executes welding in a real environment according to the prescribed motion data, a simulated environment which imitates the real environment and notifies a worker of the welding state data, and a motion control unit which receives, as an input, worker motion data indicating a motion of welding by the worker from the simulated environment, operates the robot in the real environment by using the worker motion data instead of the prescribed motion data, and records, as new prescribed motion data, the input worker motion data in the welding DB.

  • Patent number: 10793938
Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a boron nitride nanotube-reinforced aluminum composite casting, the method being capable of reducing cost. The method for producing a boron nitride nanotube-reinforced aluminum composite casting comprises the steps of: (a) mixing boron nitride nanotubes and a first aluminum matrix and then pelletizing the resulting mixture; (b) heating and subjecting pellets obtained in step (a) to melt mixing to obtain a melt; (c) cooling and solidifying the melt obtained in step (b) to obtain a master batch; and (d) subjecting the master batch obtained in step (c) and the second aluminum matrix to melt mixing, and then cooling and solidifying the resulting mixture.
