  • Patent number: 9157948
Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor device capable of performing fault detection on a circuit executing an AD conversion operation during the AD conversion operation. The semiconductor device includes an analog to digital conversion unit that converts a second analog signal into a first digital signal, in which the second analog signal is obtained by adding a first analog signal and an offset signal with a signal band different from the first analog signal, a signal extraction unit that extracts from the first digital signal a second digital signal corresponding to the signal band of the offset signal, and a fault detection unit that detects a fault in the analog to digital conversion unit based on the second digital signal and a setting value that is set upon generating the offset signal.

  • Publication number: 20080211537
Abstract: The transition time of an output is sometimes changed by a certain supply voltage connected to an output terminal of an output circuit. An output circuit to address this problem includes: a level detection circuit which detects a pull-up supply voltage applied to an output terminal OUT; and an open drain buffer circuit which can switch its driving ability on the basis of the detection result of the level detection circuit. Even if the output circuit is connected to a circuit whose supply voltage is different, it is made possible to produce an output while stabilizing the transition time of the output.

  • Patent number: 7418804
Abstract: A floor structure comprises a plurality of steel beams 4 arranged in parallel, each steel beam 4 including a web, an upper flange disposed at an upper end of the web, and a lower flange disposed at a lower end of the web, a floor surface being formed on the upper flange 2. The floor structure further includes displacement preventing spacers interposed between the upper flanges and/or lower flanges of the adjacent steel beams. Each displacement preventing spacer includes a load receiving part which is brought into engagement with the adjacent upper flanges and/or lower flanges to receive an active load incurred by the individual steel beams 4 so as to inhibit the steel beams 4 from displacing downward.

  • Publication number: 20070193161
Abstract: The present invention makes it possible to dismantle and re-use a floor structure by effectively exhibiting the displacement preventing effect for each steel beam against an active load when the floor structure is formed by arranging steel beams in parallel. • Patent number: 6873213
Abstract: A frequency synthesizer (100) that may have reduced spurious noise caused by a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) (4) output sneaking into an input side of a phase comparison circuit (1) has been disclosed. A beat frequency component that may be generated by mixing of a portion of a VCO output sneaking into an input side of a phase comparison circuit (1) through a reference signal (REF) or a comparison signal (SIG) may be shifted to a high frequency region by providing a modulator circuit (7) on a reference signal side or a comparison signal side. Thus, a low pass filter circuit (3) may provide attenuation to the spurious noise. In this way, spurious noise in the VCO output may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20040221533
Abstract: The present invention makes it possible to dismantle and re-use a floor structure by effectively exhibiting the displacement preventing effect for each steel stock against an active load in case the floor structure is formed by arranged steel stocks in parallel. A floor structure comprises a plurality of steel stocks 4 arranged in parallel, each steel stock 4 including a web 1, an upper flange 2 disposed at an upper end of the web 1, and a lower flange 3 disposed at a lower end of the web 1, a floor surface being formed on the upper flange 2, the floor structure further comprising a displacement preventing spacer 6 interposed between the upper flanges 2 and/or lower flanges 3 of the adjacent steel stocks 4, the displacement preventing spacer 6 including a load receiving part 7 which is brought into engagement with the adjacent upper flanges 2 and/or lower flanges 3 to receive an active load incurred to the individual steel stocks 4 so as to inhibit the steel stocks 4 from displacing downward.

  • Patent number: 6792638
Abstract: A construction of a floor slab bridge includes a plurality of columnar H-shaped steels each disposed between adjacent bridge legs and arranged in side-by-side relation with an end face of a lower flange abutted with a corresponding end face of the adjacent columnar H-shaped steel. A lower concrete layer is formed by placing concrete in a space defined between the upper and lower flanges and between adjacent web plates through a concrete inlet port formed between the adjacent upper flange, and an upper concrete layer is formed by placing concrete on the upper flange. An iron reinforcement is horizontally disposed on the upper flanges, and an iron reinforcement is suspended in the space from the horizontal iron reinforcement through the concrete inlet port.
