  • Patent number: 11265464
Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes: an imager that captures a subject image to generate image-capturing data; a memory that temporarily stores the image-capturing data; an image processor that performs image processing on the image-capturing data to generate image data; an interface detachably connected to an external non-volatile recording medium; and a controller that records the image data in the recording medium. The controller saves the image-capturing data from the memory by writing, in the recording medium, the image-capturing data as an incomplete file being a file format defined to manage, in the recording medium, the image-capturing data as a saving state where the image processing is not completed on the image-capturing data. The controller reads the saved image-capturing data from the recording medium into the memory, causes the image processor to perform the image processing, and records obtained image data by the image processing into the recording medium.

  • Patent number: 9515649
Abstract: A cascode circuit (1) is provided with a switching element (Q1) which is normally off by default, a switching element (Q2) and a clamp circuit (10). A source of the switching element (Q2) is connected to a drain of the switching element (Q1). The cascode circuit (1) engages in a normally-off operation through a gate driving circuit (100) connected to a gate of the switching element (Q1). The clamp circuit (10) is provided between a power source terminal (P) of the gate driving circuit (100) and the drain of the switching element (Q1). A power source (E) is connected to the power source terminal (P). When the gate driving circuit (100) operates to turn off the switching element (Q1) and the switching element (Q2), the clamp circuit (10) clamps a voltage between the drain and the source of the switching element (Q1) to a power source voltage (V) supplied from the power source (E).

  • Patent number: 9308541
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to improve a pump-dispensing container structured to prevent leakage of liquid caused by slight vertical movements of the nozzle head, to make it easier to push out the liquid when the nozzle head is pressed down first from its highest position. If a primary check valve is configured to open the connection between the inside of the liquid chamber and the inside of the container body in a state in which the liquid chamber is filled with a liquid and the nozzle head is raised to its highest position, when the nozzle head is pressed down from its highest position to push out the liquid, resistance met during the pressing down of the nozzle head is significantly reduced because of the open connection between the inside of the liquid chamber and the inside of the container body, and the liquid can be pushed out easily by applying a small force.
