Abstract: A vehicle-side communication unit wirelessly communicates with a portable terminal and receives the personal information of a holder having the portable terminal. A personal information analysis unit analyzes the personal information of the holder received by the vehicle-side communication unit, and determines information necessary for responding to an accident and a contact who is to be notified of the information. An emergency contact unit is an element that sends the information necessary for responding to the accident to the contact determined by the personal information analysis unit.
