  • Patent number: 10634967
Abstract: For suppressing a deterioration of display quality due to a luminance defect, a display device, a method of correcting a luminance defect and a luminance defect corrector are provided. The display device includes a first substrate (SUB1) having gate lines (GL), data lines (DL), pixel electrodes (PIT), and a common electrode (CIT) on a first glass substrate (GB1), and a second substrate (SUB2) having a plurality of optically transparent parts (CF) and a light shield part (BM) on a second glass substrate (GB2). The first or second glass substrate (GB1) or (GB2) contains a dimmer (10) including a plurality of dimming regions (20) that reduce the transmission of light. The dimmer (10) is formed to be superimposed on a trapped foreign matter (33) in plan view. • Publication number: 20170032876
Abstract: To provide an SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet having a small diameter and a multipolar magnetized magnetic structure and having a high coercive force and a high magnetization rate. The outer shape of an SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet having a coercive force HCJ (kOe) at a room temperature (° C.) of 7.5 (kOe)<HCJ?27 (kOe) is formed into any one of a cylindrical shape, a ring-like shape, a columnar shape, and a disk-like shape. Multi-pole magnetization is performed on the SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet so as to satisfy (diameter D/the number of poles p) (mm)<(4/?) (mm) (p is an even number equal to or greater than 4), and the magnetization rate is set to 80(%) or more.

  • Patent number: 9130500
Abstract: A circuit disconnection element that can open or short-circuit between a power storage element and a step-up/step-down bidirectional chopper circuit is provided in a power storage system, thereby preventing a self-discharge state in a process of charging. Furthermore, at the time of occurrence of an abnormality, the power storage element is detached from other devices including the step-up/step-down bidirectional chopper circuit. Accordingly, an energy loss of the power storage element at the time of power regeneration can be reduced to improve the energy use efficiency. Further, breakage influences such that the power storage element causes breakage in other devices at the time of occurrence of the abnormality can be prevented, thereby enabling to obtain an AC motor drive device having mounted therein a highly safe power storage system.

  • Patent number: 8653783
Abstract: A circuit switching element is provided that switches a step-up/step-down bidirectional chopper circuit, arranged between a DC bus and a power storage element, to a first chopper circuit or to a second chopper circuit, whose step-up and step-down characteristics are in a complementary relation. The first and second chopper circuits are used together at a time of charge and discharge. Accordingly, an AC motor drive device having mounted therein a power storage system is obtained, in which the power storage system can perform charge and discharge to and from the power storage element, regardless of a bus voltage and can increase energy use efficiency.
