  • Publication number: 20120325067
Abstract: A blade mount is brought into contact with the outer circumference face of knife cylinder such that penetrating hole having a larger diameter on the blade mount faces a stopping member of sliding member. Resilient force is generated between an active-force generator and the sliding member and thereby the stopping member is projected externally from the outer circumference face of the knife cylinder. The blade mount is slid with respect to the outer circumference face of the knife cylinder such that the inner wall of penetrating hole having a smaller diameter formed on the blade mount is fitted into the space between the outer circumference of the knife cylinder and the stopping member, so that the blade mount is fixed to the outer circumference face of the knife cylinder.

  • Publication number: 20120122641
Abstract: An upper slotter knife is divided into a slotter knife body and a division, and the position of the division relative to a sliding member in which a flap cutter knife is embedded is determined and fixed such that a distance between a nick formed on a cutting blade of the division and the tip of a flap cutter knife is minimized. The presence of the nick makes it possible to form a connection between the slotted chip and the flap chip even when the sizes and the shapes of the corrugated sheet and the joint margin vary. The presence of the connecting point makes it possible to remove the flap chip together with the slotted chip, so that scattering of the flap chip and inferior gluing of the joint margin can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20110052814
Abstract: In a gluing method of a box production line using a glue gun of a contact-type, the glue can be applied firmly without placing excessive pressure on a gluing margin during a gluing step even when a paper type of the corrugated board sheet changes due to an order change.

  • Publication number: 20100288142
Abstract: In a printer for corrugated cardboard sheets and a box making machine for corrugated cardboard sheets, a control device that controls an operation of an air cylinder is provided such that an ink supply roll is moved toward or away from a printing cylinder relative to an intermediate position of a gap between ends of a printing plate attached on a surface of a printing cylinder. With this configuration, ink of an ink supply roll is appropriately transferred to the printing plate, an ink film on the printing plate is uniformized, and then printing precision is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 7101934
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a coating composition used for a golf ball, which is superior in not only abrasion resistance and impact resistance but also weather resistance to a conventional coating used for a golf ball. According to the present invention, there is provided a coating composition used for a golf ball, which comprises (A) a polyester- and/or polyether-containing acrylic polyol having a hydroxyl value of from 30 to 180 mg KOH/g(solid) and (B) a polyisocyanate, wherein the component (A) is composed of a main chain comprising an acrylic polymer and a side chain comprising a polyester and/or a polyether, and a molar ratio of an isocyanate group in the component (B) to a hydroxyl group in the component (A), [NCO]/[OH], is from 0.5 to 1.5.
