  • Patent number: 8401909
Abstract: A content distribution system which assures reliability of content is provided. Permitted-user information corresponding to a user who is permitted to use content to be distributed is associated with the content. In the case where user specific information which specifies a user and the permitted-user information do not have a predetermined relation, a user terminal transmits the user specific information and the permitted-user information to a server. The server generates user-related information in which the received user specific information is set as a distribution destination and the permitted-user information is set as a distributor, generates new permitted-user information so as to have the predetermined relation with the user specific information, and provides the new permitted-user information to the user terminal. The user terminal which obtains the new permitted-user information changes the permitted-user information to the new permitted-user information.

  • Publication number: 20120046105
Abstract: A manager evaluation value setting unit sets a manager evaluation value indicating a management ability of a manager character to manage player characters. A player evaluation value setting unit sets a player evaluation value used to evaluate the player character according to an ability value indicating an ability of the player character. An evaluation difference value calculating unit calculates an evaluation difference value indicating a difference between the manager evaluation value and the player evaluation value when the manager evaluation value is lower than the player evaluation value. A management ability setting unit changes the manager evaluation value to reduce the management ability of the manager character as the evaluation difference value increases.

  • Patent number: 8004008
Abstract: The first base electrodes and the first emitter electrodes are all formed like strips, and are alternately arranged in parallel, and the area of the second emitter electrode is expanded to be larger than that of the second base electrode. With this, the number of current paths increases in each of which a current is pulled up almost straight from the emitter region to the second emitter electrode through the first emitter electrodes, thereby preventing the current densities of the entire chip from becoming uneven.

  • Publication number: 20110137746

  • Patent number: 7914380
Abstract: A multi-player game system (100) includes a lobby server (3) and a plurality of game devices (A1, A2, . . . and B1, B2, . . . ). When there is a preceding entry game device in a competition waiting state, since the server device has already received an entry request from the preceding entry game device, the lobby server (3) indicates the preceding entry game device as an opponent to a new entry game upon receiving an entry list request from the new entry game device. This indication is issued irrespective of the round of the knockout competition in which each of the new entry game device and the preceding entry game device is. The game device manages the round of the knockout competition in which the game device is, progresses the game device to the next round on the basis of determination as to whether or not the game device has won, and causes a display of the game device to show an image corresponding to the round.
