  • Publication number: 20250038692
Abstract: An inverter device includes an inverter housing. The inverter housing includes an inverter outer peripheral wall and multiple beam portions. The inverter outer peripheral wall has an inner peripheral surface and extends annularly around an inverter axis. The beam portion extends toward a radially inner side from the inverter outer peripheral wall. The multiple beam portions are arranged in a circumferential direction along the inner peripheral surface. The inverter device includes a high voltage board and a drive board. The high voltage board and the drive board extend in a plate shape in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction. The high voltage board and the drive board are fixed to the multiple beam portions while extending across the multiple beam portions. Mounted components such as a smoothing capacitor portion are mounted on the high voltage board and the drive board.

  • Publication number: 20250030334
Abstract: An inverter device includes an inverter housing and an arm switch unit. The inverter housing includes an inverter outer peripheral wall and an inverter fin. The inverter outer peripheral wall has an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface and extends annularly around an inverter axis. The inverter fin is provided on the outer peripheral surface and extends toward a radially outer side from the outer peripheral surface. Multiple arm switch units are arranged in a circumferential direction and are fixed to the inner peripheral surface. The arm switch unit is a heat generation component that generates heat by energization. Heat transferred to the inner peripheral surface from the arm switch unit is dissipated to the outside from the outer peripheral surface of the inverter outer peripheral wall.

  • Patent number: 10155123
Abstract: A neutron capture therapy system includes a neutron beam irradiation unit that applies neutron beams, a treatment table on which an irradiation object irradiated with the neutron beams is mounted, a storage unit that stores distribution data indicating a distribution of hydrogen atoms or nitrogen atoms of a part to be irradiated of the irradiation object, a gamma ray detection unit that detects gamma rays generated from the irradiation object due to irradiation with the neutron beams, and a neutron flux distribution calculation unit that calculates a distribution of neutron flux in the irradiation object on the basis of the distribution data stored in the storage unit and gamma ray distribution data detected by the gamma ray detection unit.

  • Patent number: 5656557
Abstract: Disclosed is a production process and apparatus of high-purity air and various air material gases for semiconductor production factories that, together with enabling the production of high-purity air, also enables the production high-purity nitrogen simultaneous to the production of oxygen-rich air as the finished product. This is accomplished by compressing feed air to a pressure of 3 to 10 kg/cm.sup.2 G, introducing this compressed air into a catalyst tower (8) to convert the carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and hydrogen contained in the feed air into carbon dioxide and water, and introducing the purified air into an adsorption tower (12a) or (12b) after cooling the heated air following catalytic reaction to remove carbon dioxide, water and other minute amounts of impurities by adsorption. A portion of the resulting purified air is removed as product high-purity air, while the remainder is introduced into a main heat exchanger (18) where it is cooled to substantially the liquefaction temperature.
