  • Patent number: 5845678
Abstract: A direction control valve is formed by providing a main spool for establishing and blocking communication between an inlet port, first and second actuator ports and first and second tank ports. A pressure compensation valve comprising a check valve portion and pressure reduction portion is provided for compensating the pressurized fluid with a load pressure and supplying it to the inlet port. A plurality of valve blocks are connected to each other with respective first and second tank ports and respective pump ports in fluid communication. A pump port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main inlet port, and a tank port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main tank port. Thus, a hydraulic circuit for distributing a pressurized fluid from a single hydraulic pump to a plurality of actuators is provided.

  • Patent number: 5560204
Abstract: A compensation system for a hydraulic circuit of a hydraulically driven vehicle for straight traveling, with left and right traveling valves having load detection ports; left and right pressure compensation valves arranged in respective pressurized fluid supply passages between a fluid pressure source and the traveling valves; and a by-pass passage for connecting together the load pressure detecting ports of the left and right traveling valves. There may be an on-off valve in the by-pass passage.

  • Patent number: 5485864
Abstract: A pressure compensation valve is capable of distributing of an output pressurized fluid of single pressurized fluid supply source to a plurality of hydraulic loads. The pressure compensation valve is constructed with a check valve portion formed by providing, in a valve body, a valve for establishing and blocking communication between an inlet port and an outlet port, and a pressure reduction valve formed by providing, in the valve body, a spool establishing communication between a second port and a third port by a pressure in a first pressure chamber communicating with a first port and blocking communication between the second port and the third port by a pressure in a second pressure chamber communicating with the third port. The spool is biased in a direction for blocking communication between the second port and the third port by a spring while contacting the valve.
