  • Publication number: 20060038829
Abstract: The present invention provides a CAD system, a program for operating the system and a recording medium. The system is capable of automatically recognizing parts to be processed, from CAD data which only contains a product shape, and generating the shape of body to be processed and the work contents therefore. The CAD system includes a processing information group (15) and a process definition group (18). The processing information group includes: a processed-body division (15a) which stores a part whose material substance is to be removed by a single or a series of processing operations, as a body for each of the process operations by pre-defined work instructions; and a process-contents division (15b) which stores information about work contents of each process operation in relation to the body. The process definition group contains definitions of a plurality of process operations.

  • Patent number: 6779975
Abstract: A duct fan unit, which is a simple structure that can be disassembled by an easy operation and the manufacture cost thereof can be decreased. The duct fan unit comprises a duct and a fan. The duct, allows air to pass through is constructed by engaging two duct constructing members together. The fan is installed inside the duct. A guide portion having a rib shape is set on only one of the duct constructing members such that the fan can be installed easily. A resilient protrusion is set on the other duct constructing member such that the fan can be resiliently pressed for securing the fan in position. Therefore, by simply latching the connecting plate of one duct constructing member with the connecting hole of the other duct constructing member the two duct constructing members are fixed to each other.

  • Publication number: 20040113917
Abstract: An object information processing apparatus is provided for obtaining object information from input image data comprising pixels. The object information processing apparatus comprises an object determination section for determining whether or not each pixel is a part of an object to be extracted by comparing color information indicating a color of the pixel with a predetermined reference value for the object, and an object information retaining section for retaining coordinate data of the pixel as the object information if the pixel has been determined by the object determination section to be a part of the object to be extracted.

  • Patent number: 6725991
Abstract: A driving device, which can maintain a sufficient rated torque of the non-magnetization type electromagnetic clutch, comprises a driving motor and a driving gear. The driving motor and the driving gear are connected by a non-magnetization type electromagnetic clutch. The electromagnetic clutch comprises a driving shaft, wherein the driving shaft of the electromagnetic clutch is made of non-magnetic material. Because the driving shaft is made of non-magnetic material, therefore the magnetic field of the permanent magnet is not adversely affected or disordered, and a stable rated torque can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 5039553
Abstract: A process for the continuous production of cobalt-modified magnetic iron oxide. This process comprises carrying out a batchwise preliminary cobalt treatment by adding a magnetic iron oxide powder to an alkaline solution followed by the addition of a cobalt salt to cover the magnetic iron oxide powder with cobalt. A cobalt modification reaction is carried out continuously by passing the solution containing the preliminary cobalt-treated magnetic iron oxide powder under heat and pressure through a flow-type reaction vessel.

  • Patent number: 4803593
Abstract: A flat solid discharging device applicable to an electrophotographic copier, facsimile apparatus and other electrostatic recording apparatuses for charging or discharging a photoconductive element. The device includes a dielectric element, a first and a second electrode juxtaposed to each other through the dielectric element, and a power source for applying an ac voltage across the first and second electrode to produce ions in the vicinity of the two electrodes. The first electrode has a hairline configuration and extends along the length of the device. The second electrode is constituted by a plurality of comblike conductive strips each of which extends crosswise relative to the first electrode through the dielectric. By adequately selecting the pitch of the conductive strips and the distance between the second electrode and the photoconductive element, irregularity in charging which corresponds to the pitch of the conductive strips is made negligible.
