  • Patent number: 11927112
Abstract: A sealing device according to at least one embodiment includes not less than three arc-shaped fins arranged in an axial direction. The arc-shaped fins include: a first fin which is one of two outermost fins located on an outermost side in the axial direction; a second fin disposed adjacent to the first fin in the axial direction; and at least one third fin disposed opposite to the first fin across the second fin in the axial direction. It is preferable that the third fin is disposed to be inclined with respect to a radial direction such that a tip end portion is located on a side of the first fin in the axial direction relative to a base end portion, and the third fin has a larger inclination angle than the first fin or the second fin with respect to the radial direction.

  • Publication number: 20180169564
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention to develop an adsorbent having exceptional adsorption of carbon dioxide, and to provide an apparatus for concentration of carbon dioxide in the air through the use thereof. Provided is a carbon dioxide concentrating apparatus comprising a concentrating apparatus of pressure swing system using particle-shaped ferrierite as adsorbent, the particle-shaped ferrierite having particle diameter of 0.5 through 5 mm, the particle-shaped ferrierite being subjected to treatment by means of an aqueous solution of hydroxide in concentration of 1.5 through 5 mol/L at the room temperature to have pores in diameter of 0.01 through 1 ?m and pore volume of 0.1 mL/g or more, the concentrating apparatus having two adsorption towers of carbon dioxide and a reservoir tank.

  • Publication number: 20160101383
Abstract: Enhanced concentration of carbon dioxide, typically of carbon dioxide in the air, is advantageous in areas such as agriculture and horticulture involving raising of plants which utilize carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. Various carbon dioxide concentration apparatus have been developed, but the problems thereof are numerous. It is accordingly the purpose of the present invention to develop an adsorbent having exceptional adsorption of carbon dioxide, and to provide an apparatus for concentration of carbon dioxide in the air through the use thereof. Provided is a pressure swing concentration apparatus that uses ferrierite as the adsorbent, the ferrierite having been subjected to alkali treatment to give a pore diameter of 0.01-1 ?m and a pore volume of 0.1 mL/g or above.

  • Patent number: 7045945
Abstract: The present invention decreases invalid light emitting regions, which are generated at both ends of an outer tube and enlarges a valid light emitting region of a phosphor layer, which enlarges the light emitting region of a lighting device. In a cold cathode fluorescent tube, cup-shaped electrodes are provided on the inside of both ends of a glass tube, which has a phosphor layer on the inner surface thereof, wherein each cup-shaped electrode connects to an inner lead, which supplies an electric power. A sputter source is formed on an inner wall surface of the cup-shaped electrode by sintering white metal oxide, whereby the white metal oxide which constitutes a sputter source is sputtered by evaporation, which forms a sputter film on a portion of the opening end of the cup-shaped electrode and inner wall surface of the glass tube.
